Here is a complete outcross and a really unique pedigree! At the 2019 Santa Gertrudis World Congress, we set up a trade - straws of Hefte Ranch D25 for straws of Rosevale Jethro J208, with David Greenup of Rosevale Santa Gertrudis. Rosevale is one of the top SG breeders in Australia and we were impressed by the emphasis their operation places on fertility. We flushed one of our favorite cows to Jethro J208 and are very pleased with the results. Don’t judge this bull based on his EPDs, his sire was added to our database and therefore, has no data yet. His EPDs will only improve over time! Please take a look at his ET sister, Hefte Ranch K169 - Lot 36.

LOT 92 - HEFTE RANCH K66

K66 is a bull that catches your attention. This bull is big boned, moderate and has eye-appealing breed character. He is a SR Paradigm 135/7 son out of first calf heifer, Hefte Ranch H92, who is a daughter of Hefte Ranch D25. These genetics are well proven and trusted throughout the entire breed. K66 weaned at an adjusted 598 lbs. and has a strong EPD set with eight traits in the top 30%.
