Its always great when Tried & True purchases come back and make Tried & True sale cattle. Ricky Curry called us and told us he had a bull calf we needed to come look at, and this little bull did not disappoint. We worked our way into a partnership on this bull and haven’t looked back. Check out this Strait and Hefte bred bull because he’s one you’ll not want to miss. His dam is a perfect uddered donor for both Hefte and Lackey Ranches, she is also a half sib to Hefte Ranch F14 Tomcat.

Meat Wagon!! This moderate bull is about as thick and muscular as you can get while holding onto a structurally correct frame. Not to mention he is Hefte Ranch’s highest marbling bull in the sale. You don’t see too many bulls that look like he does with as much marbling as he has. If your wondering where it comes from just give us a call and we’ll talk you through his pedigree. K90 is sired by Hefte Ranch G18, a KR 191/13 son and his dam, Hefte Ranch F75 hails from our high marbling B07 cow family - see Lot 112, Hefte Ranch K68, for more information on her. This F14 Tomcat son is a flushmate to Lot 14 (K165) in the Tried & True female sale. His dam, Hefte Ranch C98, is an 8 year-old cow with seven calves produced with a perfect 365 day calving interval. His grand-dam, Hefte 229, produced calves every year until her 18th birthday. In addition, this bull scanned a very impressive 5.3% IMF. His EPD profile boasts nine traits in the top 25%.
