Health & Fertility:

All bulls will have a scrotal measurement, vet examination and have passed a semen test prior to the sale. All veterinary work will be completed by Barr-North Veterinary Services Dr. Jason Schonknecht, Barrhead, AB (780) 674-2100.

100% Guarantee:

All bulls are guaranteed to be satisfactory breeders in accordance with CAA guidelines. Should a problem occur, barring physical injury or mismanagement, a bull of equal value will be provided or a credit will be issued towards the purchase of another bull. We guarantee you will have a bull to service your cows.

Bull Development & Delivery:

Option A: Bulls can be picked up at the farm sale day. We will be offereing a $100 discount off each bull picked up at the farm from April 9, 2022 to April 30, 2022. Option B: At the buyer’s option and risk, the bulls can stay at Anchor 1 and will be delivered within 500 km of Mayerthorpe. We will do our utmost to deliver them right to your yard. This will be done at the convenience of Anchor 1. Option C: Anchor 1 will keep the bulls free of charge until May 1st. At this time the buyer must pick up bulls from the farm.
