Bull sale! Big thanks to all our past, present and repeat customers, you are the reason our program has been successful for the past 28 years. Our goal has been to raise purebred and commercial cattle that will go onto work and satisfy our customers. There probably hasn’t been a better time to be involved in the cattle industry as cattle prices are strong and with cattle numbers down, should continue for sometime. In 2011 we changed our program to April/May calving and sellings bulls as coming 2 year olds. This allows the bulls time to develop, so that these bulls can go out and work for our customers right away with longevity built in. We have always been very strict on our culls and choosing animals in terms of feet, temperament performance and udder quality, Foot quality has always been very important for our program. We are extremely happy with the bulls we have on offer this year. Our herdsires are all selected from top end females with ideal feet and udders coming from reputable angus programs. Unfortunately the bulls aren’t as clean as we had hoped, we would encourage you to stop by the farm to view the offering anytime before the sale as we believe the weather didn’t do the bulls justice when picturing and videoing. If you are unable to come view the offering, feel free to call us and we will do our best to assist you and give our honest opinion on the bulls as if we are buying them for ourselves. We also invite you to come to our open house February 20th for supper and refreshments at the farm. Terms & Conditions All cattle sell under the standard terms and conditions set forth by the Canadian Angus Association. Right To Collect Semen. JW Cattle Corp. retains the right to collect semen on any bull in our offering for in-herd use only. Will be done at our expense and the new owner’s convenience. Bulls can remain on farm until the beginning of April 2024. Purchasing insurance for bulls is strongly recommended to protect your investment. Bulls are left entirely at the risk of the purchaser after they are sold. Scrotal Measurements will be available 2 weeks prior to the sale. Customers who pick up bulls within 7 days of purchase will receive $100 off the purchase price of the bull. We will deliver bulls free of charge to Alberta and Central Points in SK & BC. JW Cattle Corp. guarantees to sell you a bull that is structurally sound and has passed a semen test conducted by a licensed veterinarian. Should any bull fail to be a satisfactory breeder, he will be replaced with a bull of equal value. Should this not be possible, an adjustment will be made to reflect the bull in question as a credit towards the purchase of another bull. We do not warranty against mismanagement or injury/ illness after the sale and recommend insurance for this purpose. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DLMS FARM GATE TIMED AUCTION WITH EXTENDED BIDDING:

1.Visit dlms.ca and follow the link to the DLMS FarmGate timed auction site www. farmgatetimedauctions.ca, click the LOGIN/REGISTRATION button. First time users will select the REGISTER button from this page. Fill out the registration form to signup for a free user account and it allows you to select a username and password for use on all Farm Gate Timed auctions. This program will send you text and email messages whenever there is activity on your favorite lots or someone challenges your proxy bid and this is why you will be asked for both your current email and cell phone number. 2. You can choose your favourite lots in this sale at this time and the program will allow you to open either all sale lots or just your favorite lots on your screen. Any time there is active bidding on a lot you have identified on your favorite list you will get a text and/or an email noting this activity. 3. The program allows you to place a proxy bid on any sale lot. This in fact protects your interest in any lot of interest for you to a specified dollar value you set, when you may not be able to give 100% attention to the sale. If the lot has a $2000 bid on it and you place a proxy bid of $3500 into the system, the computer will bid $2100 for you but if some one else bids $2200, the computer will again bid for you, this time at $2300. The system will look after your interest to a maximum of $3500. If another bidder is on at $3600, your proxy will no longer be effective and you will no longer have the winning bid on this lot without once again logging in and bidding again or moving your attention to a second lot of interest. 4. At closing time of the sale the entire sale will extend bidding if a bid is placed on any lot in the sale. Any bid received after close time will extend the sale by the time listed on each sale. In Most cases the time gets shorter the longer in to extended bidding the sale is. When no bidding occurs for the extended time the computer will declare the sale finished. 5. Following the sale the Owner or Sale Manager will invoice all buyers in the sale, please contact the seller with questions or to arrange delivery, pick up or shipping of your purchases.

Wow, what an opportunity to get in on a future herd bull. Not often is the youngest red bull in the offering so easy to spot out in the pen but 100K has the presence, correctness and calving ease that makes him a must see. So much predictability here, You will have to drive a lot of miles to find a bull with the foot quality and maternal consistency that Deepman has. His foot quality is no fluke, this is all a product of his pedigree, and what the cows behind him have done year after year. The Granddam (30B) is currently open to get flushed and the Dam (154E) will calve this year and then also get flushed. The fact that we haven’t flushed a cow since 2009 speaks volumes about how highly we think of them for being our ideal female with perfect feet. 154E is 5/5 so far, Daughter (79G) is one of the nicest cows on the farm with a picture perfect udder. Sons to Pohl Land and Cattle and Darcy Romaniuk. The Sire (Little Deep) is a moderate calving ease bull that we purchased from RSL as the 2nd high seller in 2020, great footed and his females we have got thus far look promising. We can’t wait to incorporate Deepman into our program and I’m confident he’ll work wonders in anyone’s heifer pen. We will be retaining a 1/3 Semen Interest, and drawing him for in herd use semen for use at the farm. The owners can also get semen at that time if they so wish.

• Twin to another bull calf • Come tour the bulls and I promise this fella won’t be hard to find. He’s got the presence. Moderate in stature but so much natural thickness and jam. Being so deep and soggy it is impressive how well he moves around on his perfect great big foot. For how impressive 23K is in his own right, perhaps his dam might just be the best part. (9Z) is perfect uddered with perfect feet that is no stranger to consistently raising top end bulls like this guy. We retained one of her bulls for our own herd, and last year’s bull topped off the sale to Jones land and cattle. Her last years calf (35L) is considered by many to be the very best in the pen next year. The job that she did on her last 4 calves might have given her the throne as the best cow to walk the pastures here, definitely one that deserved to enter a donor pen, unfortunately this will be her second last calf. Being sired by Executive Decision makes the bull that much more attractive and this pedigree is bound to raise top end replacements with perfect udders. Don’t let 23K being a twin scare you away, his build is special backed with a great pedigree and great feet

• 52K is built like a tank, full of red meat and resembles a lot of the same qualities as his sire. He stems back to a proven momma cow that travels on a big foot with a great udder. The dam (4B) has 3 daughters retained in the herd, one of which is the mother to lot 92K.
