It is our pleasure to invite you to the 23rd annual PGA sale. The cattle industry has never been stronger and there is so much optimism within the cattle industry. We have always said the cattle from the PGA know how to go on to produce and make a profit for their new owners. This year the PGA sale group and their guest consignors have dug deep into their herds to select some great up and coming females, along with some cool frozen genetics an outstanding herdsire prospect and a strong pen of 3 Gelbvieh influenced commercial bred heifers. We look forward to seeing you in Moose Jaw. If you can’t make the weekend event call us with any questions. The sale will be on DLMS or call to be on the phone.

Well balanced or average?? A plus size with a longer moderate frame and skull, that fills the box and shows great teat displacement predicting the first few years of milking about the same size of Eddie Marsman’s middle finger (only notice by shaking his big paw upon greetings). With her EPD’s she,s a grower and full of power. If calving in February (estimated Vet palpation) isn’t in your program the Ness’s will take her back and calf her out. P.S. she is DNA’d. Dam this 1st calver must have lots of butter milk to raise this heifer, as we leaped for joy after crossing the scale 59% of the cow’s weight on weaning day 223 on this JOE calf. A moderate old school or more continental style size heifer exhibiting long flat spine, soft shoulder, lengthy stride, and lots of hair. The main EPD’s are average for JOE 336L that could handle diversity on her sire’s that you designate. P.S. she is DNA’d.

What can we say about “Lady Chantel”? This astonishing young lady has never been to town before and she has never seen a show ring in her short life, but if there was a prize to be won in Wade’s home pasture, she would be the top winner in 2023. This girl is the total package. Her pedigree runs deep in good dams and good herd sires. Lady Chantel is the type of female, that makes the “Gelbvieh breed” great! If you are looking for a nice 4-H heifer or if you are looking for a female to help build a new purebred herd, someone soon, will have some fun and an exciting future with this pretty gal.

Yes!! Any cattleman would be thrilled to sell a liner load of calves, that look like Lady Darla. He would be even more excited to tell a crowd of people, that they were all raised by first calf heifers. Wade has stepped into the core of his replacement heifer pen to bring you some great Gelbvieh genetics, at their best, in this young lady.. She is a long female, with a strong top line. Lady Darla should become a good brood cow, that has plenty of natural meat and doing ability. Her pedigree comes from many years of selecting meaty bulls and solid females, in Wade’s program. Make sure to look her up on Sale day!

LCF Lady Felicia 312L is an attractive, eye appealing feminine heifer. Our kids have had some tough decisions to make this year when it comes to heifers to choose to be in their show lineup for next year, Lady Felicia being one, and that’s how we knew this would be a great heifer for the sale. She has the height, the length and just overall look of an ideal mother cow, that could also be in the show ring. This is a line that we have kept a lot of females from and hope she’ll do the same for you.
