Enigma
Our most unique SUP design. Shaped in conjunction with renown kiteboarder and waterman Julien Fillion, the Enigma is a breakthrough in “performance” SUP surfing. The Enigma is truly our flagship design. In fact, it has been hailed as one of the most significant advances in performance sup design, period. The magic of this board is a combination of various things, from the shortboardesque sweep to the outline and rocker, to the radical shape of the S rails which links exaggerated central volume to low volume rails. This central volume, which extends lightly through the nose of the board, and is cut away radically in the tail, gives the board far more stability than any board with similar rocker and low profile ends should have. Yet it is done in such a way as not to interfere with the boards ability to dig in a rail and hold, driving through a laid out turn. The single concave bottom glides gently into a shallow V in the very tip of the tail where the release rocker begins, and is topped off with hard, slicy thin rails just like you’d expect on your shortboard.

Wave Rocket
The Wave Rocket takes as its base the qualities that made the Enigma such an amazing SUP - that perfect balance of performance with comparative ease of handling - and takes it a whole step further to create a truly easy to handle SUP. This is our “goto” SUP for people who are beyond a rank beginner board, but who are not ready for something as radical as the Enigma.
The Wave Rocket still boasts a generous “shortboard” like curve to both the outline and rocker so it wants to shred, but on a wide platform. The reduction in tail volume is more gradual, making it less likely to submerge unexpectedly when paddling, and the sidewalls keep their volume closer to the rails. The single concave under the front foot rolls gradually into a pronounced V in the tail so its quick from edge to edge, and will give you all the drive you need to make sections even through chop. All this means that the Wave Rocket is stable, fast, and forgiving when paddling out through the surf and onto the wave, but extremely performing once on the wave.

Offshore
If you’re a shortboarder at heart, but have fallen in love with SUP, then we have the board for you. As the name implies, this board is to be ridden in perfect conditions - gentle offshore winds with peeling glassy swells. It’s small, it’s responsive, and it’s not stable at all. Sure, we’ve done everything we can to pack as much stability into a board this size as we could, and the volume distribution that made the Enigma so successful has been applied with amazing results, but this board remains a performance thoroughbred with its only real focus on wave surfing ability. The outline has a slight fish shape to it, with low entry rocker for maximum glide and immediate lift paddling onto the wave. From there it sweeps into a classic shortboard tail, with the release rocker starting right in front of the fin cluster. Aggressive shortboard rails and S rail deck keep them low volume and biting no matter how hard you

drive through bottom turns. The single concave has its apex just behind the front foot and this merges cleanly into the shallow V tail so the board rolls effortlessly from rail to rail

Rhino Chaser
Every surfer knows what a gun is, and when its needed. And its needed as much for SUP as any other surfing discipline. When its big and ugly, you want a board that will get you out, and put you on the waves, no matter what’s coming at you. Thats what the Rhino Chaser does. But it’s really more of a semi-gun, because on the wave it’s a lot of fun. While staying ahead of the crashing wave is critical, we believe that you should also be able to have fun on the waves face. The bottom runs from a slight single concave, before gradually leaving the rounded pintail in a pronounced V. The radical S rails are designed to reduce the volume as much as possible to prohibit bouncing at high speeds and in choppy surf. The generous sweep to the outline and defined tail rocker make sure that you can still turn this board on a dime. Generous deck volume makes this board paddle out exceptionally well, and a very pronounced nose rocker alows you to take extremely late takes offs on the steepest waves. The nose width is pulled in to reduce lift from wind rushing up the wave face, and to stop it snagging while driving turns from the center of the board. Finally, the Rhino chaser is made extra strong so its both resistant to wave impact, and has less bounce due to its mass. TECHNICAL DATA

Chopper
If there is one thing we can learn from surf kayakers and wave skiers, it’s that getting out through surf when you can’t dive under the wave is tough. SUP surfers face the same issues. Who has not been stuck on the inside, battered repeatedly by roller after roller, unable to get up and over them? Master boardshaper, and Olympic kayaker Corran Addison simply applied what he’s been doing to kayak shapes for years. The “sidewall” (or rail) of the board has been raised and stacked with volume, and also thickened from the nose through the center of the board. This adds significant initial and secondary stability, and also reduces deck wash (which trips you). At the same time, the center of gravity has been reduced by lowering the foot area, and control and “hold” increased by adding slight upward slant to the outside of the foot area. The end result is a very stable, and agile board that can paddle out, up and over anything the ocean has to throw at you. Yet this board is no slouch on the wave. The rails themselves at the waterline are still small enough to dig and drive, and the rocker through the tail allows you to turn the board effortlessly, flat or on edge. The single concave in the center of the board rolls evenly into a pronounced V in the tail so the board rolls from rail to rail easily despite its extra width and thickness.

Crossover
If you’re the kind of surfer who wants to surf ocean waves just as much as you want to go for casual paddles across the lake, then your prayers have been answered. The name says it all for this amazing shape, which truly is opening doors and possibilities, from coast to coast, and everything in the middle. The outline and width give you that necessary stability for both paddling on rivers and estuaries, as well as for getting out through crashing surf. The pronounced V nose cuts effortlessly through the water giving you an effortless glide for long distances and in choppy water. This sweeps cleanly into a defined double concave through the center which helps with tracking at displacement speeds, but also helps bring the board quickly onto a plane as soon as you paddle onto a wave. This double concave exits cleanly through the release rocker in the tail and shallow V so the board surfs and turns effortlessly. So whether your goal is to paddle miles on end across pristine lakes, or surf up the waves at your local beach, the Crossover truly brings both possibilities to life in an easy to use package

Trainer
The Trainer is targeted to the paddler looking for a flatwater specific SUP. Something to work out on on lakes and estuaries. Everything about this board is targeted towards this end - both for efficiency and convenience. We gave the board a very straight outline, with pulled in ends that both start and end in low profile points. We then gave the bottom a low rocker, deep “V” in the ends, with a rolled bottom through the center. In the tail is a long single fin so you need minimal “JStroking” to keep it tracking. The bottom shape is so effective that the fin can even be removed for shallow river and lake paddling!
The result is a board which can cover great distances effortlessly, whether downwind swell riding or crossing a pristine calm lake at sundown, but all still on a stable easy to use platform.
The innovations don’t stop there. We took a good look at recreational kayaks, and incorporated some of their features into this. End handles (as well as the center one) so the boards can be carried easily side by side by two people, and deck bungee rigging allows you to put a windbreaker, or dry bag with lunch or camera on board for extended paddles.

Sprinter
The sprinter is designed with one thing in mind - to go really really fast! If you like doing workouts and punishing yourself, then you’re looking at the right board. It’s motivating to feel the board accelerate with every stroke you give: the harder you pull, the faster you go... so you pull harder, and you go faster. This board is like paddling an Olympic sprinting kayak! The Deep V in the bow cuts cleanly through the water as the board moves forward. This V rolls easily into a rounded hull through the center, and closes again into a defined V in the tail. Deep foot wells located in the center of the board with a slight upward slant to the deck at the outsides of the feet increase stability by lowering the center of gravity for this otherwise tippy board. It’s not for beginners. When you’re not moving forward, it’s very tippy, but this firms up once you start to power and glide forward. The Sprinter comes standard with end carry handles, and a for and aft deck bungee for transporting water or a wind jacket. Rapidfire Kevlar
Imagine Eco shaper, Corran Addison, is a 3 time world medalist in freestyle kayaking, and held the world record for the largest waterfall ever run in a kayak for over a decade. It was only natural thus that his passion for Stand Up Paddling would eventually fuse with his love for running rivers. Corran quickly realized that conventional SUP shapes are as wrong for the river environment as surf kayaks are to rivers, and for the same reasons. On peeling ocean waves, tucked thin rails, flat bottoms, and low rocker are ideal for slicing and dicing. These same features make the boards unwieldy on rivers to the extent that progression was instantly limited to lower difficulty rapids. What Corran has done is apply his 20 years of kayak design knowledge to a Stand Up that is essentially a kayak design that you stand on. With high rocker in the nose leading back into well rounded and forgiving sidewalls, a thick “water shedding” center and nose profile so the board will lift up and over waves and drops, and deep foot recess areas for increased stability, the Rapidfire has opened the realm of possibility all the way up to class 5 whitewater.
This board is hollow and made from a mold. It is made from a combination of fiberglass and kevlar, with structural foam walls inside. It is much stronger than a conventional SUP for a similar weight, but it is not as strong as a plastic SUP. It can be broken if hit very hard. It is not recommended for use on shallow whitewater rivers.

TECHNICAL DATA
Large: 12’ x 32” x 5 3/4” Surfer Weight: 100lbs to 220lbs
Our goal was to create a paddle-board that would allow those interested in Stand Up paddling to hang out with their kayaking friends, go to the same places, and do the same things, without having to take extra care or be concerned with rocks, loading and unloading, and all the other issues that need to be addressed with an Epoxy board. The Stand Up 12 is designed to be very stable, and very easy to paddle as soon as you step onto it the first time. It tracks amazingly well, so even beginners without a “J Stroke” can cover long distances easily, while still maintaining top speeds that will have your kayaking buddies scrambling to keep up. The board is outfitted much like a recreational kayak, with end grab handles so it can be carried by two people from the ends, a center handle to cary it solo, a wheel on the underside so it can be “dragged” alone to the water, a hatch which allows access to the inside for gear transport (so you can cary your own stuff), bow deck rigging for quick access to water bottle, a wind breaker etc. A final touch, the board stacks onto itself so that you can cary several on your rack at once, and store them easily in your garage!

Sunshine Kayak *Preseason Orders Only (excludes full container orders)
The thing with summer, is that we all want to find our place in the sunshine. Now, literally, you can. The Sunshine is Imagine surfboards first foray into recreational kayaking, but it is by no means new to Imagine designer Corran Addison. An olympic kayaker himself, Corran has been designing and shaping kayaks for over two decades and has been credited with having almost single handedly re-invented the concepts of kayak design that have brought them to where they are today. While the Sunshine is no waterfall running kayak, it is every bit as exciting to paddle. It’s stable and comfortable, yet very fast for its length. The large cockpit makes it easy to carry all kinds of gear, from fishing equipment to picnic hampers. The rear deck bungee allows you to clip odds and ends onto the deck for easy access on the fly, and the ergonomic handles make it comfortable to carry.
