2. Limit ourselves to only a few reposts and shares a week. Original posts and post comments should be prioritized but it is a good idea to use reposts as an opportunity to spotlight CBA associates and collaborators.
3. Biweekly marketing group review of post efficacy, if there is a post that “flops” we may need to more closely evaluate why that happened and change our strategy going forward. It is important to leave space for flexibility in this new framework.
4. Be more interactive with our followers by engaging (liking & commenting) more regularly on relevant industry content and community outreach groups, we can help with public name recognition. It is another way to assert to the people/orgs we are reaching out to that we care about those professional relationships.

Making sure we know about events (groundbreakings, grand openings)

Meet with studio leads. Connect with our clients so we know about these events.
By meeting with CBA studio leads we can find out what they would like to see emphasized in our content.
My personal access to knowing about photos and events
I would like help networking and making sure that everyone at CBA knows to send or CC event photos to me.
Getting approval to post Incorporate the next week of post types/ topics/ content/captions into our weekly meetings.
