I am a real estate broker with 30 years of experience in the industry. Using my insight, I assist buyers and sellers in navigating complicated transactions. I take great pride in being an ethical role model for my clients and strive to build lasting relationships. In the past, I served on the Professional Standards Committee. Serving on the Professional Standards and presiding at hearings always made me aware of how important our role was to be ethical with clients and other Realtors. As a role model in the association, I also decided to teach pre-licensed real estate courses.

It has been a career choice that afforded me the flexibility to raise my daughter and build lasting relationships with clients. I have a knack for problem-solving and consider myself a people person, so it was an easy choice. During my many years as a Realtor, I've seen many changes. I pride myself on embracing the opportunities God has put forth in my path so that I have been able to learn and grow.

This is where I have lived all my life! I am glad to live in an area where you know your neighbors, and they know you. When someone is in need, others help those who need a hand and help the next person when they can. I'm passionate about volunteering and lending a hand behind the scenes in organizations that work for the betterment of the community. You have to give yourself to your community to make it a better place for you and those down the line.

In my free time I enjoy being with my family, dabbling in the kitchen with some gourmet recipes, planning another travel adventure and most recently making lasting memories with my new granddaughter.

It's a pleasure to meet people and assist them in finding the perfect home or lot. My favorite part of the day is showing properties. I look at it as an adventure. It's also where I gain insight into my clients' wants and needs. I work with sellers, buyers, land, acreage and foreclosures in Edwardsville, Glen Carbon, Collinsville, Maryville, Hamel, Troy, Worden, Bethalto, Bunker Hill, Moro, Wood River, East Alton, Godfrey and Brighton.

My clients have described me as trustworthy, honest, caring and considerate. My philosophy is to put the needs of my clients first and prioritize their schedules when arranging showings. To keep their stress at bay, I handle most things for them and make contact regularly to present information helping to relieve their stress about selling or buying.

Originally from Bethalto, I've spent my whole life in the area, and now I reside in Edwardsville in a community of Holiday Shores with my husband, Kevin. You might get a chance to meet him at a showing or an open house. Kevin and I have a son Paul, who is married with two kids and lives in the area. We enjoy our time as new grandparents with our wonderful grandkids—especially time on the water. You can even catch us swimming with our spoiled Labradors all summer. Boating is a big part of our life. I have been a Holiday Shores Ski club member for 39 years. We work with many kids, teaching skiing and acts to perform in ski shows. I've been the show director for many years. The excitement is priceless when a child learns to ski for the first time. But my unique talent is barefoot waterskiing. Kevin and I spend a lot of time on the water.
