How to Prepare: Guacamole • Rinse your avocados. Cut them into half, lengthwise. Remove the seed. Scoop out the green insides of the flesh and put it in one bowl. How to Prepare: Chia Pudding • Combine 2 cups of coconut milk, 6 spoonfuls of chia seeds, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 2 spoonfuls honey, CBD oil, Mix them all. • Cover the bowl with a cling wrap and stock in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. • After that, take out the bowl from the fridge and take out the cling wrap.
