Blender Two tall glasses Spoon for measuring Cup for measuring Stirrer
Ingredients: ● A teaspoon of orange juice (freshly ground juice: peel first) ● A dash of shredded spinach https://cbdarmour.co.uk/
● ● ● ● ●
1/3 cup of papaya A quarter cup of mangoes 1/3 cup of strawberries 1/3 cup grapefruit or juice of grapefruit A cup of coconut milk or coconut water (choose either or according to your preferred taste) ● Half a cup of shredded ice or ice cube ● Water ● CBD oil (amount should be according to the recommended dosage written on the product’s instructional pamphlet).
Directions: 1. Add your half cup of an ice cube or shredded ice in your blender. Blend gradually adding water occasionally to fasten the blending. Don’t force the ice to blend immediately or it would damage your blender. Your blender by now should have a sort of “slushy” consistency. At this point, the contents of your blender should be a quarter only of the container. If there’s too much water, proceed to remove some slushie. 2. Add the following ingredients in the blender: A teaspoon of orange juice (freshly ground juice: peel first) A dash of shredded spinach 1/3 cup of papaya A quarter cup of mangoes 1/3 cup of strawberries 1/3 cup grapefruit or juice of grapefruit

A cup of coconut milk or coconut water (choose either or according to your preferred taste) Honey (optional) Tip! Don’t add everything at once. Take your time until everything is blended out. If you don’t like a tinge of sugary sweetness in your smoothie, don’t add honey but if you want to sweeten the smoothie, add honey as much as you like according to what suits your taste better. 3. Transfer the contents of your blender to two tall glasses. 4. Using a spoon, scrape out some of the retained smoothies on the edges of the container. 5. Proceed to add CBD oil on your smoothies and stir gently with a spoon. Ask the other person first if they want to have some CBD on their smoothie as well.
