let us be your guide to the crested butte market

Like many desirable places around the world, our market has boomed since the summer of 2020. As prices have gone up and available inventory has gone down, it is more important than ever to have an expert to guide you through the market.

If you are looking to buy in the area, you have a plethora of places to get information and data. What you cannot nd online is true local insight. The agents at CBMP have spent a lot of time in the area and enjoy sharing their knowledge with their clients—including homes that are coming on the market soon, the history of properties, the best nearby trails, and their professional insights.

Already own a property here and thinking that it might be time to upgrade, get something smaller or even (gasp!) do something else with your proceeds? The market is constantly changing, and there are many factors that go into pricing something so it sells quickly, for the highest price and with the least stress. Our agents take the time to get to know the details about your property so you can sell your home quickly and to the best buyer.

Crested Butte will continue to be an amazing place to live and spend time so let us know how we can help you nd your place in paradise.

Best,
