Superbook helps young boy overcome a broken home

Ponchito’s home in Mexico was an unhappy one. His parents constantly fought, and when his mother left, he became angry. “When he was in kindergarten, he punched a classmate. He continued to act out at home and at school,” said his father, Eduardo. “I started to look for solutions.”

Eduardo began attending church, where he accepted Christ as his Savior. Ponchito eventually agreed to join him. During Sunday school, Ponchito watched episodes of Superbook , CBN’s animated Bible series. Before long, his heart began to soften. “They asked me if I wanted to receive Jesus into my heart, and I said yes,” he recalled.

Knowing Jesus has changed everything for Ponchito. He shared, “I used to feel very lonely, but now I know Jesus is with me. I am not alone anymore.”
