Posted in Fashion / Fashion blog / Fashion pictures / Milan fashion week / Runway & fashion show pictures Angelo Marani managed to mash together some of fall’s biggest obsessions into one single Milan fashion week (MFW) show – and yet didn’t make the decision to do so feel contrived but rather strangely organic. There was the use of graphic black and white which came up in spades, literally, knitted into sweaters in playing card suits. There were animal prints and there were plaids, and sometimes there were even brightly coloured plaids paired with black and white optical illusion prints. Sounds like a crazy clash and it kind of was, but Marani made it work simply because he didn’t hold back.
