Is P ARKP LACE E STATES age and deed restricted? Yes, it is restricted to 55+ years. Boats, RV’s and extra vehicles cannot be parked or stored in the community. Will I own my villa and have a deed? Yes, you will own your villa and receive a deed. Will there be a Homeowners’ Association? Yes, The Board of Directors elected by the community’s homeowners will govern the association. What will the Association fees be? Each phase will have its own HOA budget. Specifics will be available through the Business Office. What is included in the Association fees? Association fees include building insurance, exterior pest control, exterior painting, roof and gutter maintenance and replacement, landscaping, lawn service, maintenance of the community clubhouse and pool, management, legal and accounting.
