KINESIOLOGY
with a Nutrition in Health Science Concentration CBU’s Master of Science (MS) program in Kinesiology offers an interdisciplinary concentration for Nutrition in Health Science. This new concentration equips students with higher education knowledge, research skills, with emphasis in nutrition. This program is a combination of the best resources CBU has to offer which include distinguished faculty, state-of-the-art facilities and cuttingedge research opportunities. Students in this program will have the opportunity to collaborate with the faculty in chemistry, medical engineering, bioengineering, industrial engineering, computer science and statistics. CBU research
opportunities currently exist in conjunction with University of Southern California School of Pharmacy, University of California Riverside Bioengineering College and the Harvard University Nutrition Immunology Laboratory. International research collaboration includes Jilin, China Childhood Cancer Rehabilitation Center, China Olympic Athlete’s Nutrition Planning and the innovative discovery of nutrition therapeutic agents and nutrition supplements for a global market.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS • Grade Point Average (GPA): minimum 2.75 • English Proficiency: TOEFL 80, IELTS 6.0, PTE 54 For those who have a bachelor of arts degree, but want to study in this concentration, need perquisite: CBU CHE112 Organic and Biochemistry. The same for those who have bachelor degree in science, but did not take organic chemistry and biochemistry.
