YALP

Preparations are underway for the 2021 Young American Leaders Program at Harvard University which was postponed from 2020. The cohort will have the opportunity to participate in virtual programming curated by the Harvard Business School, as well as a number of inperson and hybrid gatherings here in Columbus with fellow cohort members and Columbus YALP alumni.

The conversation, which was led by Stephanie Hightower of the Columbus Urban League and Dr. Varun Mahajan of Mahajan Therapeutics, touched on Michael’s Olympic swimming career, his struggles with mental health and current endeavors.
