kept the tradition alive this past Friday by celebrating Tequila Friday! Admins and staff in the Northeast Florida offices were all invited to the Kingsley Corporate office for an afternoon of margaritas, food, and fun. We enjoyed food cooked and prepared by the managers; Lori Frye’s sweet husband took on the role of bartender while our own Broker Owner, Pete Dalton, and manager, Tina Fader, served tequila-filled margaritas. There was dancing, singing, cornhole, and a pinata, to boot.
Tequila Friday was born out of a storm that partially destroyed the original Corporate Office many years ago. Although the staff was making the best of dreary circumstances, Pete could see that everyone needed a break and a refreshing reset. He grabbed some tequila, and the staff lifted their spirits, and a tradition was born. It is important as we face storms, literal or metaphorical, that we take those moments to both honor tradition and take time to have fun and reset.
From all of us, admin and staff, we want to send a special thanks to Pete and everyone who helped with our Tequila Friday, from the grill master to Stephanie Bolden, for helping organize every detail, and we look forward to another successful one next year!

1. Client Connect (CC) is the trademarked agent marketing system originated and owned by Vanguard Realty, Inc. Although some other companies offer components of CC, no other company has assembled as comprehensive a marketing system for agents.

2. CC enables CBV agents to provide quality pieces to their customer base. These pieces create positioning of the agent as the provider of quality real estate and other information.
3. CC recognizes that it is essential for agents to stay “top of mind” with their client base and provides, at no cost, a system to accomplish this.
4. CCrecognizes that spending time creating “follow up” pieces is not a good use of an agent’s time, and assumes the responsibility for creating and distributing the industry leading program for every agent enrolled in the program.
5. CC drives all inquiries to the agent’s 4-page website, which is provided by CBV. Websites outside of the CBV domain do not qualify for several CC programs.

1. Provides the opportunity for multiple product/channel marketing, which is far better than simple print or email marketing.

3. Enables the agent to set differing distribution lists for their clients and market to each segment.
4. Is a “set it and forget it” program. The agent is responsible for updating the distribution, Concierge Service handles all production and distribution.
SPEED TO LEAD
In this digital age, it is not only about getting information faster but getting the fastest response to a request. A good portion of our leads are digital assignments. This means the customer has submitted an on-line request for assistance. Since the majority of our leads are also competitive, this also means that a competing broker is also getting the same request for at the same time.
I have noticed a huge increase of customers not responding because we were not the first agent/brokerage to make contact. Even though the customers are being told that 2 agents are being assigned and that they should speak with both agents, this does not always happen. SPEED TO LEAD - Being the first agent to make contact will provide a better chance of converting the lead.
