It includes curated data from a survey conducted by Censuswide of over 2,000 high-net-worth consumers, statistics from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and Wealth-X, and insight from Luxury Property Specialists. It shows that affluent consumers are diversifying their portfolios and looking at long-term investment strategies. Trends driving these shifts include:
• The Desire for Stability – Wealthy buyers are gravitating toward home opportunities that can create long-term generational wealth in locations less affected by extreme weather and climate change.
