The BIS - a new managed workspace facility will be constructed on the site of the former GPO building on Whitby Street to provide business incubation facilities for start up businesses in the creative industries sector including design graduates from Cleveland College of Art and Design. The centre will oer oďŹƒce and workshop space together with specialist business support.
