Presented by the CCCBA Elder Law Section and the CCCBA Education Committee Seven consecutive Wednesdays, January 27 – March 10, 2021, 5:30 pm on Zoom Elder/Estate Planning & Probate Section Members: $150 series/$30 individual program Law Students $50/$10 | CCCBA Members $200/$40 | Non Members $300/$50 Register - cccba.org/attorney-events This online series will provide practitioners with a reliable and over-arching “how to” when working with elders. The comprehensive programs examine various areas of law that elders in particular face and how to properly analyze the facts, understand the specific area of law, and apply the best course of action for the individual elder.
