As Herald International began its disaster relief projects after the Sichuan, Qinghai and Haiti earthquakes, as well as the flooding in Taiwan, I personally witnessed how God used CCHC as vessel of money we raised not only met their practical needs, but showed them our caring and rekindled a light of hope. 免費甲型流感防疫注射 H1N1 Free Vaccination
隨著全球甲型流感蔓延，角聲醫療中心受洛杉磯衛生局委托，成 為全區首個疫苗注射站，當天共有超過兩百名義工參與，約為四 千人免費接種疫苗，包括多個族裔的人士。

During the H1N1 Flu pandemic, Herald Christian Health Center was designated by the L.A. County Health Department as the first immunization vaccine center in this area. On Oct. 24, more than 200 volunteers attended and 4,000 people from different ethnic groups received vaccines free of charge.

香港「因著信」敬拜讚美音樂會 “Because of Faith” Praise Concert in Hong Kong
角聲使團在香港租用浸會大學禮堂，舉辦「因著信」敬拜讚美音樂 會，邀請基督教正生書院學生分享見證，並唱出由角聲使團特別為 他們譜寫的詩歌「祝福裡的琢磨」。兩場共有1,687人出席。 H erald Crusaders held its “Because of Faith” concert at the Baptist College Auditorium in Hong Kong. Students from Christian Zheng Sheng College shared testimonies and presented the song which Herald Crusaders had written for them, “Craving with Blessing.” The two concerts had 1,687 attendance in total.

San Diego Herald Center held its first Vision Sharing Dinner at Emerald Chinese Seafood Restaurant, presenting their ministries and future vision. 170 representatives from local churches and agencies attended.

團契新春聯歡會 Joint-Fellowships New Year Celebration
新春期間，角聲的長者團契、曙光團契(肢體殘障)及展能團契(智障青少 年)，聯合舉辦新春聯歡會，約有85人出席，大家歡聚一堂，表演節目，互 助分享。 The CCHC Senior Fellowship, Son-Light Fellowship (physically disabled) and Challengers Fellowship (mentally disabled youth), all joined together for a Chinese New Year Celebration. 85 people attended and all enjoying wonderful food, performance and fellowship.

Our annual Christmas Concert was co-hosted with Da LA Church Network, CCCOWE - USA and many Christian churches and organizations. Many singers were invited to perform, and concerts were held both at Calvary Church of the Santa Ana and Pasadena City College. A donation of US$32,000 was received at the concerts and from Herald Monthly’s Love Focus. The funds have been given to Guangai School in Beijing which takes in street children.

The 8th annual “Celebration of Life” for cancer survivors was held at the City of Hope Hospital Auditorium. Attended by 236 survivors and family members, they celebrated new life after cancer with lunch, birthday cake, and a performance of Chinese music, Japanese drums, dance and singing.

東區社區健康日 East San Gabriel Valley Health Day 在東區角聲中心舉辦社區健康日，提供多項免費驗血及 身體檢查等醫療服務，廿多位義工參與，共215人出席。 A Community Health Day was conducted at the Rowland Heights Herald Community Center. Free medical services including blood tests and physical exams were provided. More than 20 volunteers participated and 215 people attended.
3/26-4/7 振翅計劃(香港) Project Ascent Hong Kong 在角聲安排下，來自香港匯基書院的11位中學生及2位老師到 加州進行的交流活動，其中包括：訓練學習、參觀多間著名學 府，以及與本地學生溝通等。 Eleven high school students and two teachers from Hongkong United Christ College came to California for an education program, organized by CCHC. The program included training, site visits at prestigious universities and interaction with local students.

Herald Cancer Association (HCA) sent a delegation team of six people to Shanghai to attend the 3rd Global Breast Cancer Network Coalition conference. (The first two biennial conferences were held in Taiwan.) During the conference, a handing-over ceremony was held and HCA was appointed to organize the fourth conference in Los Angeles.

A Cancer Survivors’ Picnic was organized by Herald Cancer Association. They rented two tour buses and took 109 cancer survivors and family members to San Diego for an outing, buffet lunch, and boat tour.

「愛心之旅」中國災區及兒童村探訪 Visitation to earthquake site and Children Village in China
暑假期間，角聲安排多支探訪隊伍到中國，把愛心帶給當 地有需要的人。四川隊探訪地震災民 (7/28-8/2)；廣西隊探 訪 河 池 巿 兒 童 村 (7/23-31)； 福 建 隊 探 訪 三 明 巿 兒 童 村 (7/30-8/16)。 During the summer, CCHC organized different trips to China, bringing comfort and love. The Sichuan group visited earthquake victims (7/28-8/2), the Guangxi group visited the Hechi Children Village (7/23-31), and the Fujian group visited the Sanming Children Village (7/30-8/16).

今年共有50多位小朋友參加角聲暑期成長計劃。此計劃 利用教學、音樂、遊戲，以及不同的參觀和體驗，幫助 兒童有全面的成長。並為他們舉辦佈道會，有10位小朋 友決志信主。 Fifty children attended our Summer Enrichment Program. Instruction, music, games, field trips and different experiences helped bring about well-rounded growth in the children. An evangelistic meeting was held and ten children accepted the Lord.

東區角聲社區中心遷往新地點。新辦公室面積比以前更 大，地處商業中心，客流更多。新中心將繼續為當地人 士提供不同社區服務，並在10月2日舉行奉獻禮及開放 日。 The East San Gabriel Valley Herald Center moved to a new location which is bigger and more visible. The new office will continue to provide community services in that area. The Dedication Ceremony and Open House was held on Oct. 2nd.

Provides a support group for the physically disabled. They meet together for singing, sharing, Bible study, outdoor activities etc. Meets every 1st and 3rd Saturday, 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm.

Disaster Relief
Through dancing, crafts, singing, workshops, outdoor activities and so on, mentally disabled teens are helped to develop their talents and establish social skills. The parents also meet together as a support group during this time. Meets every 1st and 3rd Saturday, 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm.

When I was 28, my husband left me in the U.S. with our two young children because of another woman. I took up the burden of raising the children alone, and after 15 years, I remarried. I thought we would be together through our old age, but he also had an affair. As if this was not enough, my children had their own struggles and I was diagnosed with breast cancer. These heavy blows led me to the verge of a mental breakdown. I felt it was the end of the world, but I was able to come to Herald Community Center (HCC). With help, counseling and referrals from HCC, my children’s situation has improved, but the best thing is, the knot in my heart has been untied. My illness is gone too! I started attending the senior fellowship at HCC and got to know Rev. Chow. As a result I returned to the side of the Heavenly Father I knew when I was small. Thanks be to God; He never left me! When I was lonely and helpless, I cried to Him. He comforted me, released me and gave me strength. With the love of God, the help of HCC, and the care of Christian brothers and sisters, I walked through that time of darkness. Today, besides following God wholeheartedly, I would like to be baptized soon to witness Christ. I would like to share what I have gone through, so others can experience God’s love.

28歲那年，丈夫為了別的女子，把我和兩個年幼的子女留在美國，讓我獨力承 擔養育孩子的重擔。15年後，我有了第二段婚姻，原以為可以與丈夫白頭到老， 誰知他又有外遇。雪上加霜的是，孩子有他們的困惑，我自己又得了乳癌。重重 的打擊，使我精神瀕臨崩潰。然而，當我以為人生已到盡頭的時候，我來到了角 聲社區中心。透過中心的幫助、開解和轉介，孩子的狀況改善了，最重要的是， 我的心結解開了，連疾病也都好了。之後，我參加了角聲的長者團契，並因此認 識周牧師，從而回到小時候所認識的天父身邊。感謝神，祂並沒有撇下我。當我 孤單無助時，我流淚求告祂，祂就安慰我、釋放我，賜我力量。神的愛，角聲社 區中心的幫助，及弟兄姊妹的關懷，使我走過那段暗無天日的日子。 今天，除了一心一意跟隨神以外，我希望能早日受洗，為主作見證，把自己的經 歷與人分享，把神的愛傳遞給身邊的人。

Terrified and in panic, I underwent surgery. Although the surgery removed my tumor, it couldn’t take away my fear and sense of loss. I rejoice I was able to come to Herald Cancer Association, meet Mrs. Young and join the first group of Joy Luck Academy students. The Joy Luck Academy is a full and comprehensive program. Each week the room was set up in warm, inviting and even romantic ambiance for healthy and delicious meals. While we enjoyed dinner we also opened our hearts to each other and shared our cancer experiences, which relieved the stress and lifted our spirits. The speakers focused on a different topics each week, including breast cancer knowledge and post-surgery recovery, follow up, reconstruction, diet, managing emotions and beauty tips. All topics were very practical. The presenters were impressive and knowledgeable and made each workshop very interesting. Attendees enthusiastically asked questions, including personal and intimate topics. Within a few weeks, we became like a family. Whenever someone was sad or in pain, we were able to give each other encouragement and comfort. Finally, Mrs. Young was like a mother caring for her children. She led us to pray, “With God's love and care, our hearts have no fear, no dread, only peace and joy.” I was very touched and grateful! Joy Luck Academy gave me understanding, confidence, and a deep sense of being cared for. I learned breast cancer is not that frightening after all, as long as we take care of our bodies, stay positive, and have regular checkups. We can live with cancer and still enjoy being strong and happy women, stepping out of the cloud of sadness and celebrate a meaningful life!

我在驚恐中做了手術。雖除去腫瘤，卻除不掉我的恐慌和茫然，很慶幸能夠來到 角聲癌症協會，遇到楊師母，也能成為首屆開懷學苑學生。 開懷學苑是個內容豐富的課程，課前溫馨的佈置，浪漫的進餐氣氛，加上養身、 美味的餐點，真是完美結合。同學邊進餐，邊傾談，心情抒發了，身心也舒暢了。 接著的專業演講，每週有不同的主題，有對乳癌的認識及術後生活的照顧、追 蹤、復健，更有飲食、情緒管理、美容等貼身、切實的主題。講員陣容強大，課程 內容豐富。同學踴躍發問，切身問題並不避諱。幾週下來，同學們宛如家人，當有 人觸及傷心處，彼此給與安慰、鼓勵。 最後，楊師母像母親疼愛子女般，帶著我們祈禱，「願在主的看顧下，我們無 懼、無畏、平安、幸福。」我好感動，好感恩！開懷學苑給我智慧、信心，深感溫 情滿室。從中我瞭解到乳癌並不可怕，只要我們調養得宜，保持愉快的心情，定期 追蹤，就能與癌共處，做個快樂「少」奶奶，走出陰霾，過更有意義的人生！

Disaster Relief
Overwhelmed by heartbreak for a long period of time after my wife departed me and this world, I could not face the reality, nor could I focus my mind on anything. What she left for me was not only the excruciating pain and the long-lasting memories, but also question marks, one after another, “She was just fine when I left home that day; how could she be gone when I returned? Why would such a noble wife leave me so soon? Such a wonderful person, so young …” Through friends’ recommendation, I joined a support group sponsored by CCHC called “Out of Grief Towards Rainbow”. In the following six weeks, through counseling from Mrs. Chun and sharing and encouragement from other group members who also lost loved ones. I turned from the pain, anxiety, and depression I had at the beginning, to gradually realizing the powerlessness of human beings and accepting the reality of uncertainties in life. At the same time, I deeply experienced the great love of Christ. I know that only the power of God can save me from the bottomless chasm and give me strength to continue my life. Therefore I started going to church and attended services. I decided to open my heart to accept Christ and let Him guide my path forward. I am not step by step walking out of the hurt. I know I cannot change the reality of the loss of my wife, but for her sake, my life will go on and I will share Christ’s love with all those in need.

太太離世後的那段日子，傷心以外，我完全不能面對現實，也不能集中精神。她 的走，留給我，不單是那份難以形容的切膚之痛，那份揮之不去的留戀，更是一 個、一個的問號：「離家前還是好好的，怎麼回家就去了？這麼賢慧的太太，為什 麼這樣早就離我而去？這樣好的一個人，這麼年輕……」 經友人介紹，我參加了角聲舉辦，名為《走出哀傷、迎向彩虹》的支持小組。六 個星期下來，透過秦師母的引導，及其他跟我一樣痛失親友的組員們的分享與互 勉，我從剛開始的悲痛萬分、焦慮不安，了無生趣，逐漸看到人之有限的道理，接 受生之無常的現實。同時，也深深地體會基督的大愛。我知道唯有大能的上帝，才 可以把我從萬丈深淵中拯救出來，給我活下去的能力。因此，我不但上教會，參加 聚會，更决定放開胸懷，接受基督，讓衪帶領我前面的路。 現在，我已一步步走出哀傷，我知道太太已逝的現實是改變不了的，為了她，我 要好好的活下去，把基督的愛傳送出去給有需要的人。

One day when I was shopping, I saw “Herald Monthly” and picked up a copy. While reading it, I found out about the free Hepatitis B screening offered by the CCHC East San Gabriel Valley Office. I went in for the test. The result was abnormal. Health Center then called me for follow-ups. Mrs. Eng not only arranged the low-cost blood test for me, but also referred me to a liver specialist and UCLA hospital. I was diagnosed with liver cancer as well as an extra polyp in my heart. The polyp is congential and could lead to immediate death at any time. I was so scared and I did not what to do. Luckily, the staff from Health Center were very friendly. They gave me detailed explanations on my condition. Mrs. Eng, in particular, patiently explained everything to me, and even prayed for me. Although I am not a Christian, I really appreciated her care and love. After the prayer, I was so peaceful. As of this time, I have already had the polyp successfully removed. I am also awaiting for a liver transplant. I do feel more calm, as I know I am not facing this all by myself. I also have my husband, my son, the whole Health Center, Dr. Tong and all the medical staff at UCLA hospital together with me. I learned from my experience that life is short and precious; we should cherish what we have, especially our family and friends.

在一次去商店時，看到《號角月報》，拿了一份，得知東區角聲中心在舉辦免費 乙型肝炎檢查，就去做了檢查。 因檢查結果異常，角聲醫療診所便約我作進一步跟進。診所的吳太太不單為我安 排低費的驗血檢查，又轉介我到肝臟專科醫生和UCLA的醫院就診，最後確定我得 了肝癌。不僅如此，檢查後還發現我的心臟先天地多長了一塊肉，而且一直在長 大，隨時可使我導致休克而立即倒斃。當時，我怕極了，不知道為什麼會得這種 病，也不知該如何處理。角聲診所的所有人員都很友善，詳細地為我解釋所發生 的一切，尤其是吳太太耐心地為我解釋我的病情，還為我禱告；雖然我不是基督 徒，但祈禱後，我的心情也慢慢平靜下來。現在我已成功地做了手術，切除了心 臟上的那塊肉，在等待換肝，我心裏覺得踏實多了，因我知道不是我一個人在面 對，不僅我的丈夫、兒子在陪我，還有角聲診所、唐醫師及UCLA醫院的醫療人 員。 這件事讓我感受到，人的生命不僅寶貴，而且短暫，我們要好好珍惜身邊的親人 和朋友。

In 2007, I immigrated from Mainland China to the U.S. Not long after, a friend told me no matter what problem I encountered; I could always ask for help from Herald Community Center. At that time, I wasn’t feeling well physically, but I had no medical insurance. I went to the Herald Community Center, East San Gabriel Valley (HCC-ESGV) office for enquiry. The front desk receptionist warmly and patiently explained to me about MediCal, and also arranged for me to meet with a social worker. Soon after, I received my medical card issued by the government and was so very grateful. I could not imagine an ordinary person like me could get such great help from the HCC-ESGV office. Later on, I was diagnosed with brain tumor. I went through surgery and chemotherapy. When my body was extremely weak, the cancer support group in HCC-ESGV office gave me comfort and encouragement to fight the disease. Group members shuttled me again and again to activities. I experienced the warm care of the community. A fellow support group member who had had a similar medical condition as mine frequently called me. She comforted me, cared for me, and shared her experiences with me. In addition, my 16- year-old son observed how HCC-ESGV office assisted so many people time after time. This changed his spirit dramatically. In the past year, he has volunteered in the after-school program at HCC-ESGV office, helping children from low-income families.

2007年，我從中國大陸移民來美。不久後，朋友告訴我，今後無論遇到什麼困 難，可以去角聲社區中心尋求幫助。當時我身體不大舒服，但又沒有醫療保險， 所以跑去東區角聲中心查詢。接待我的前台小姐熱情並耐心地告訴我有關申請醫 療卡的條件，還安排我與社工面談，她是那麼認真和負責。沒過多久，我收到政 府發出的醫療卡，內心有說不出的感激，沒想到我們這些普通百姓也能得到社區 如此大的幫助。後來證實我罹患腦瘤，做了手術後，又安排了化療。 在我身體最虛弱的時候，又是角聲癌友會給我安慰和與病魔搏鬥的勇氣。他們 一次又一次地接送我參加各種活動，讓我感受到社區的溫暖。癌友會有一位和我 狀況一樣的病友，她經常打電話安慰我、關心我，並告訴我她的經驗。 另外，我16歲的孩子，在角聲社區中心看到這一幕幕幫助社群的行動，他心靈 成長有了極大的變化。在過去一年裏，他利用課餘的時間，在角聲社區中心的課 後補習班做義工，幫助來自低收入家庭的孩子。

Three years ago I found out I had cancer. At that time, I was full of fear. As my husband and I had no knowledge on cancer, we could do nothing but cry together. Although I use English in my daily life and work, I express myself fluently and understand better in my mother tongue language, which is Chinese. I tried to look for Chinese resources and a support group. In the past, I heard that Herald Community Center in San Gabriel had cancer services in Chinese. Would there be similar services in San Diego? I called around to search for them. There was not any services of this kind in San Diego at that time. With disappointment, I had to face cancer “by myself.” I completed all my treatments; however, I still had fear deep in my heart. I happened to learn of an e-waste recycling event. When I called the phone number listed, to my surprise, the sponsor was San Diego Herald Center (SDHC). Not only that, they were going to start a cancer support group in Chinese. I had no words to express my joy on knowing such good news. I could finally use Chinese to express my feelings! All the coworkers in SDHC were volunteers. Through their services, I experienced a fervent heart and genuine emotion. Through the help of SDHC and Grace, I came back to the side of my Heavenly Father whom I had forgotten for a long time. Thanks to God! I was so touched and I would like to witness for God by caring for those in sickness.

三年前，我發現自己得了癌症。當時心中充滿了恐慌、彷徨。對癌症全不認識， 只有和丈夫一起哭。雖然，工作和生活上也常運用英文，但畢竟中文才是我的母 語，希望能找到中文的資源和支持小組，易於明白，亦可暢所欲言。 曾聽聞洛杉磯的角聲有中文的癌症服務，聖地牙哥會否也有呢？然而透過多方詢 問，發現聖地牙哥那時候並沒有這項服務，失望之餘，只得「獨自」面對癌症。雖 然做了治療，但心中還是不踏實，有一片抹不去的恐懼。 無意中得知有電子廢物回收的活動，至電查詢後，發現主辦單位是聖地牙哥角聲 中心，並獲悉他們正開始中文的癌症支持小組。聽到這消息，我真是喜出望外，終 於可以用中文分享自己的感受！ 聖地牙哥所有的同工都是義務的，從他們的服事中，我看到了他們那顆火熱的 心，那份真摰的情。感謝神，藉著與角聲和Grace的接觸，把我重新帶回久被遺忘 的天父身旁。心受激勵，我也願意把我這顆心、這份情獻給那些正在病痛中的朋友 們，來見證神。

2008年5.12四川大地震後，角聲獲得當地政府免費撥地，繼福建省三明巿及廣西省河池巿後，興 建第三間兒童村，收養孤兒及特困兒童。兒童村位於四川省綿陽巿內，其中包括北川、安縣兩 個嚴重受災地區，座落於梓潼縣文昌鎮萬安街69號。 ‧ ‧ ‧ ‧
佔地面積 15 畝 建築面積 30,000 平方呎 最多容納 216 名孩子 建築成本 800 萬人民幣 (約120萬美元)
2010年9月兒童村接收的第一批學生共59位，分成仁愛、喜樂、和平、恩慈、良善等六個家舍， 由愛心姐姐或哥哥負責照顧每日起居及作業輔導。目前，除了美國去的院長及副院長外，本地 同工包括一位行政助理、兩位厨房工作人員、兩位愛心哥哥和五位愛心姐姐。
Mianyang Herald Gratia Children Village, Sichuan Province After the 5.12 Sichuan Earthquake in 2008, the local government granted CCHC a piece of land to establish a Children Village modeled after the ones in Fujian and Guangxi, to take care of orphans and children living in severe hardship. The location is in Mianyang City, where the two most damaged areas, Beichuan and An County, are located.

‧ Lot Size - 15 acres ‧ Building Area – 30,000 sq. ft. ‧ Maximum Capacity – 216 children ‧ Construction Cost – 8 million RMB (~ US$ 1.2 million) The Children Village accepted its first group of 59 children in September 2010. They are divided into six houses: Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness and Goodness. Each house is taken care of by a counselor. Besides the principal and vice principal who are from the U.S., local staff includes one administrative assistant, two kitchen workers, and two male and five female counselors.

This trip and the experience has altered my life forever. I was able to meet children who are so lovely and although I didn’t understand Mandarin and they didn’t speak English, we were able to learn, laugh and play together. This experience has expanded my horizons and strengthened my faith in God. (Judy Lim)
I have gained much from this trip to Hechi with CCHC, I gained a new view of the world and a new understanding of God’s work through people, and a reconnection to God and myself in the times of worship. Just like the song Amazing Grace, it is on this trip I truly see the Grace of God at work, and gaining a new respect for it. (David Zhou)
As I reflect on the Trips of Love to Hechi and Sanming, God has been showing me how much hope there is in these Children’s Village. I know when God is a part of something, there is always hope. One day the children can understand the love they received in the Children’s Village is the grace of God in their lives. (Chris Cheung)

XiaoJun, then four-years-old, was playing with his grandpa when the “512” huge earthquake came. His parents had gone into the hills to cut firewood. Suddenly, with an earthshaking sound, houses collapsed and trees went flying. XiaoJun and his grandpa escaped this disaster with only some minor injuries, but his parents were buried in the hills, never to return. XiaoJun first lived with his grandpa, but the grandpa being over 70 was unable to support him. He placed XiaoJun with one of his relatives. On August 6, Principal Xu from Mianyang Herald Gratia Children’s Village, Sichuan Province, went to Gaochuan to visit the families of the children who would be admitted to the children village. Just as she was about to return to Mianyang, she was approached by an old man from XiaoJun’s village, asking her to accept XiaoJun into the Children’s Village. The grandpa had wanted to try to take care of XiaoJun himself. He thought XiaoJun was too young to go to the Children’s Village. Later on, the granpa made up his mind that the Children’s Village would be a better home for XiaoJun after all, he sent someone to seek out Principal Xu. Principal Xu verified XiaoJun’s needs and accepted XiaoJun immediately. She asked the local officials to help the grandpa to take care of all necessary paperwork. XiaoJun moved to the Children’s Village on August 28th, 2010. He has his new home, a home full of love.

當512大地震發生時，只有四歲的王小軍正在家裡跟爺爺玩，爸爸媽媽到山上砍 柴去了。忽聽一聲驚天動地的轟響，天搖地動萬物俱裂，房屋倒塌，樹木橫飛。 小軍和爺爺避過了災難，只受些輕微的損傷，可是小軍的父母卻一去不還，被長 埋於山上…… 此後，小軍開始跟爺爺相依為命。可是爺爺已經七十多歲，沒能力照顧他，就 把他寄放在一個遠房親戚，小軍叫她姑姑的家裏。 八月六日，四川綿陽市角聲華恩兒童村的許院長，到重災區綿陽市安縣高川鄉 家訪那些將會搬進兒童村的孩子們(摸底)，下午正準備啟程回綿陽時，遇到一位老 人家攔路求情。原來他是王小軍的同鄉，希望兒童村可以收納小軍。經核實，許 院長確定小軍是五保戶（孤兒享受的國家照顧），後來又瞭解到，小軍的爺爺覺 得小軍太小，捨不得讓孩子遠走，爺爺想自己照顧小軍。後來爺爺發現還是送他 到兒童村更好，所以就托人求情。許院長知道了小軍的情況，立刻同意接收，並 請鄉民政幫助小軍爺爺辦理一切所需手續。 小軍終於在2010年8月28日入住了兒童村——他的新家，一個充滿愛的家。

台灣水災 (直接資助金額：US$ 100,000) Taiwan Flooding Disaster (Direct Subsidies: US$ 100,000) 2009年8月，台灣南部因颱風莫拉克造成嚴重破壞，約700人死亡，多個家園被毀。角聲通過屏東基督教 醫院，進行多項援助工程： The Taiwan “88” flooding in 2009 by Typhoon Morakot caused much damage, including close to 700 deaths and many homes destroyed. CCHC disaster relief was done through a collaboration with Pingtung Christian Hospital.

The center was set up in Xian, China, by recruiting and organizing local college students as volunteers, to provide free homework assistance to children from factory workers and low income families. This project was funded by the Herald Monthly “Love Focus”, and is in joint venture with Shaanxi Charity Association.
