India and Germany to launch R&D project on environmental friendly pesticides India and Germany has launched a four-year cooperation plan "Cuchi - BCA" on developing environment-friendly crop protection products. It is cooperated by government agencies and industrial organizations, aiming to use copper, chitosan and biological formulations in producing environmental friendly and low cost crop protection products for poor farmers in India, Asia and South America.
