Double Twist Braid • Part hair down the middle.
• Part off two squared sections on both sides on the top of the head. • Create a braid on the left side and secure with elastic. • Repeat the braid on the opposite side and secure with elastic. • Take the two braids and join them together in the back of the head with an elastic. • Take off the previous two elastics leaving a small ponytail. • Now take two small sections of hair from underneath each ear and braid them all the way down. • Next start a Dutch braid incorporating the two small braids and tuck the braid you created inside the Dutch braid. • Secure Dutch braid with a hair tie. • Accessorize the braid with flowers. Prettiest Twisted Bun
• Create a deep side parting (taking it back three inches from hairline). • Create another section from that part line to the back of the head. • Temporarily secure front section with a hair tie or clip. • Brush the rest of the hair from right to left bringing it together to create a left side ponytail, and secure with a hair tie. • Add a ribbon on hair tie. • Bring ribbon around the tail until you run out of hair twisting the tail at the same time. • Twist the tail around the ponytail securing it with bobby pins, creating a bun. • Take the front section and start twisting it backwards until you run out of hair. • Take the end of the hair and twist it around bun. • Secure bun with hairpins and bobby pins. Braid and Bun Updo
• Take the front part of her hair from above her eyebrows to the back of her head, creating a rectangular section of hair and secure it with a hair tie. • Take a section of hair from the right side of her head, behind her ear and create a French braid. • Secure French braid with a hair tie. • Take the French braid and place around the top of her head creating a head band effect. • Secure braid on head with hairpins and bobby pins. • Twist the remainder of her hair and take it around the first ponytail created, forming a loop, connecting it to the second ponytail. Secure this loop with hairpins and bobby pins. • Add a Ribbon for the finishing touch. Difficulty: Hard
The Pull Through Ponytail
• Create a middle parting from the beginning of her hairline to the crown of her head. • Create a separate section from ear to ear. (You will now have a front section and a back section). • Place headband in between two sections. (Secure it with hair pins or bobby pins if needed). • Take the right front section and begin twisting it to the middle back section of her head. • Hold section with a pin temporarily. • Repeat same instructions on the left side of her head. • Connect both sections in the middle back section of her head and secure both ends of hair together with a hair tie. • Take another hair tie and place it six inches bellow the previous hair tie. • Use a ribbon to wrap around the hair tie to match the headband you used at the top of her head.
