“Anyone who thinks CCV offers a lesser education because it’s a community college, or a lower tuition, isn’t true at all…it gives you so many amazing connections. It gives you an amazing education. It gives you the ability to reach out and expand your social group. It gives you a very diverse experience. It’s overall a really wonderful experience.”

- Sophie Decker, Early Childhood Education ‘21

Online Learning.

CCV knows online education. We’ve been providing a high-quality online learning experience to Vermonters for more than 20 years, with a focus on small class sizes, engagement with faculty and peers, and personalized support from advisors.

FLEXIBLE - INTERACTIVE - CONVENIENT

All CCV students take at least one online course while earning their degree, and many students complete their degree entirely online. At CCV, when you take an online class, you can log on and learn from anywhere you have access to the internet.

We offer hundreds of online courses each semester in a variety of formats. Visit ccv.edu/schedule to explore our course offerings.

“The stigma of community college is wrong…if [a] class is offered at the community college, take it there. I can vouch for it, it’s the exact same course. You’re not losing quality and the credits transfer.”

- Warren Sides, Faculty Member

Workforce Development.

Highly skilled and trained workers are the driving force behind a strong economy and business-sector growth, and CCV’s workforce education programs are designed to build on this idea. Through our offerings, CCV is empowering individuals, building better teams, and working to strengthen Vermont by strengthening its workforce.
