FEBRUARY 2021 - CDS MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
WELCOME Thank you for supporting the Lovely Sisterhood of Chi Delta Sigma Sorority, Inc. Whether you are a mentee, mentor, alumni panelist or are attending our virtual Founding Week events - welcome! The CDS Mentorship Program was created as a way for CDS members to provide support and help lift up one another as we all navigate through this journey called life. Many can attribute much of their success in life to someone they called a mentor - I know for me this true. Being the first in my family to navigate a lot of firsts on my own was and is (still) pretty scary. While I have come a long way from being an angsty and intimated freshman trying to find my voice and ANGIE WINKLE sense of belonging at WSU, I realize I CDS BOD, DIRECTOR OF ALUMNAE never did anything alone. It was my ASSOCIATION advisors in the McNair program and
AAPI center, my sorority sisters, and my circle of tight-knit friends - all of whom I consider mentors who helped me get to this very point in life. It is my hope that the CDS Mentorship Program provides a way for sisters to stay connected, learn and grow from each other across all classes. Thank you for participating in this program. Let's continue to help lift each other as we climb.
