Indians fall to Bobcats in 65-48 loss

The Indians came out strong in the first quarter as four different players scored for them in frame, allowing them to take a 14-7 lead after eight minutes.

The Bobcats bounced back early in the second quarter, going on a 14-3 run to take the lead at 21-17, but North East maintained the composure and kept pace with Bel Air for the remainder of the quarter, allowing them to enter halftime trailing by one point at 29-28.

“They were sharing the ball. (Bel Air) cut down the transitions in the second quarter. We were focused early on,” Grimes said. “We were making some of those shots, and we just kind of wore down later.”
