ORDERING PROCEDURES

Order Acknowledgement Process & Timeline

Ordering Procedures

Submit only electronically via Horizon-Web

E-mail all correspondence to Orders@MouserC.com

 .kit 20-20 file is acceptable

 .pdf format is best

 Picture files also acceptable

 Orders acknowledgements can be expected 5-7 business days from the processable order date

 Ship weeks are assigned at time of order but confirmed at time of acknowledgement

 Once acknowledgement received, you will have 48 business hours to send in changes

 Orders releasing automatically, nothing needs to be returned if no changes

Process & Timeline

Technical Review

• Use “Check Box” on EDI Horizon-Web order

• An optional Technical Review Request requires a floor plan, appliance brand name and model number, and appliance cut-outs and panel sizes

 Elevations are beneficial, but not required

• Optional Technical Review will extend shipping time

 TR will typically add one week to the posted Shipping Schedule

• Orders will have the TR performed and sent with the acknowledgement

• In most cases, TR will not need to be returned, but reviewed and Change Order submitted if necessary within the 48 hour time for release

• Some products require Tech Review

Allowable Changes & Additions at the Point of Order Release with No Change Order

Charge  Add butt doors to any number of cabinets

 Reduce cabinet width on up to four cabinets

 Allow cabinet’s face frame to be increased in width by use of extended stile(s) or by maintaining the same face frame configuration and just making the cabinet wider. (I.E. same number and configuration of doors, drawer fronts, and vents.)

 Add modified overlay on up to four cabinets on full-overlay orders

Allowable Changes & Additions at the Point of Order Release with No Change Order Charge (cont.)

 Change hinge direction on any number of cabinets

 Change finished ends on any number of cabinets

 Add any loose moulding items to the order that do not require extended lead-time

 Add loose end panels, appearance boards, fillers, and finished panels with no mitered edges

 Add convenience items to existing cabinets. (I.E. Breadbox, Cutlery Dividers, False Front Trays, etc.)

 Add any loose merchandise items

Important Points to Mouser Cabinetry Warranties

 Original Homeowner

 Option to repair or replace

 Does not apply to commercial applications

 No Warranty on the following items

 Wood Tops with sinks

 Appliance Panels with a water source

 Manufacturer’s Warranty on mechanical or electrical items

 Wood Hoods – special warranty considerations

 Color match considerations, wood aging, UV light

Warranty Information

Expiration Dates on Sales Aids

 Keep your samples current by replacing those with dates expired

 Expiration Date on Sales Aid

 Cherry S-1 & S-4samples are good for 1-1/2 years

 All others are good for 2 years

 S-8 Sample Blocks are good for 1-1/2 years

 Preview/Match Sample doors are good for 180 days

 Expired samples can be used as a Special Finish

 This is Not Recommended

 You will have to return the sample

 Match Sample charges will apply

 Match Sample door will have to be produced

Return Authorization

R.A. is required to return any product

• Save the original packaging

• 3 attempts or 60-days to pick up the product

• Returns reviewed for repair or replacement

• Turn around time is approximately 2 weeks for items we produce

Reject Return Form

• Reject product at point of delivery if damaged (return with Driver) which ensures the fastest turn-around time

• Inspect product at the time of or shortly after delivery – 10 days from day of delivery

• Turn around time is approximately 2 weeks for items we produce

Use and Care Kit Information

• Use and Care Kits include:

 Felt marker, putty stick, and literature packet

 Literature packet includes

• Copy of warranty

• Hardware warranty

• Hinge and slide adjustment

• These are all on the website, including usage videos for some components

• When installation is completed, review use and care with client. Treat as furniture!

 If you find a need to extend an order past our posted shipping schedule, let us know as soon as you can. It can be difficult to push orders after the acknowledgment is sent

Delivery Guidelines

Mouser company truck delivery

 Landed Multiplier format very simple to determine your landed cost

 Minimum Drop Charge applies to combined deliveries less than $10,000 List Price at a single stop – plus job-site charge if applicable

 Blanket wrap is standard

 Cartons are 3.5% of the total list price of the order

 Job site delivery within 30 miles of showroom at $200; no form required

 Job site delivery 30-60 miles from showroom (Page 2-7 and 2-8)

 Requires “Out of Market Area Delivery” form

 Freight rate zone might change and job site fee of $200 applies

 Job site delivery outside 90 miles from showroom

 Order requested to ship UPS / FedEx will incur UPS / FedEx charges (Page 2-2)

 UPS and FedEx claims

 Do not discard packaging until after the product has been inspected by the Carrier.
