Presidents Corner Gentlemen, Cruiser Heads and Fellow LC believers, I hope everyone has been able to stay in out of the heat this month? It won’t be long now and fall will be here. As I sit here contemplating my next 45 purchase (per chance a rebuilt 12HT?), I’m still remembering the trail ride at Holly Tree. Thanks to everyone that participated, 9 rigs on the trail was a very good and manageable number. No major break downs and no damage to any rigs that I’m aware of, all in all a very good day! I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Chris and Jason for pulling it together for us. I appreciate your efforts guys!! Remember Steve as he is away from his family preparing to embark for points WAY east. I think the incident in Chattanooga this month emphasizes the need for our brother’s trip abroad, lest we have more of these events or worse here at home. Thanks again Steve! I hope to see all of you at the August meeting. Keep in mind with the month starting on Saturday the meeting will be here at the end of the first week. See you soon, Michael B. <><

Minutes of Last Meeting: Attendance: We had 14 in attendance, 11 members ands 3 guests, at the Bill Penney meeting and 8 at the Meet-andEat at Newk’s, 6 members and 2 guests. We did a round of intros and then gave well wishes to Steve since this was his last meeting for a while. We discussed shirts and have a plan for our next order, expect an email on this topic soon. The TLCA meeting for June was cancelled because of the Rubicon event, but Brian tells us TLCA has a limited number of dash plaques available again, for both 2015 and 2014 (and a few oddball older dates). Great day at Holly Tree last month, even if it was a little hot. Thanks everybody for making it out! Now its time to plan our next ride! At least a couple of us are planning to go to Southern Cruiser Crawl, which is put on by Cotton Land Cruisers (out of Mississippi) . It’ll be held at Hot Springs ORV Park on October 8-11, 2015. This park used to be known as Superlift ORV park and is one of the best in the South East. Join us for a club camping trip at Southern Cruiser Crawl. We should also think about doing something a little closer to home as the weather starts to get cooler. Stay tuned for that one…..
