What is the Order Tracker? • The Order Tracker lets you track your orders as they move through production. • You will be provided with a customized link, username, and password to access this site. • We do not have your Order Tracker linked with the Dealer Portal at this time. You will have a separate login for the Order Tracker that is provided by Kith.
Order Tracker Overview • When you first log in to your Order Tracker, you will be looking at an interactive spreadsheet of all orders for your account. • This spreadsheet will show you the: • • • • • • • •
Order Number – A.K.A. your Acknowledgment Number or Sales Order Number. Customer – This is the Dealer ID used to identify your company in our system. Customer PO – The PO number you provided us on your cover sheet. Schedule Number – Used by the plant to schedule orders. (You probably won’t use this) Build Date – Date your order will begin to be assembled. Estimated Ship – Based off the requested ship week, this is when your order is estimated to ship. Status – Lets you know where your order is at in production. (see next page for status definitions) Truck Number – • • •
• •
A 5-digit truck number means it is shipping on a Kith Kitchens dedicated truck. A number beginning with “X” means it’s shipping via FedEx Ground. A number beginning with “L” means it’s shipping via LTL.
Depart Date - When it loads at Kith if shipping on a Kith Truck. If shipping via LTL or FedEx Ground, this date is not applicable. Drop Date - When it delivers to you. • •
This date is determined approx. a week prior to shipping. If shipping via LTL or FedEx Ground, this date is not applicable.
• Each field will fill in as the order moves through production but may not be active until later in the production process. For example, your order won’t have a build date until your order has been scheduled, this could take weeks after you approve the order.
