INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the UCL Annual Conference for Delivery Partners, 2024
This third annual conference has been designed to bring Delivery Partners from across our International Learning System together to consider our roles in shaping professional learning cultures in times of change.
This year, we aim to draw on, and learn from the authentic, lived experiences of stakeholders on our programmes and consider how we can strengthen professional learning cultures within our networks to maximise impact.
As in previous years, there will be keynote input from both UCL and Delivery Partner colleagues, many of whom have been involved in the design of the programme as part of the Conference Working Group.
The conference will support you to:
• Learn from the authentic, lived experiences of stakeholders on our programmes, using these to further anchor practice and develop professional learning cultures across your network.
• Celebrate your organisational distinctiveness and sharpen your shared vision.
• Navigate change effectively, refuelling your practice through engaging with thought-provoking research.
• Identify sustainable ways to build capacity.
