Knowledge Management and Learning Studies
These studies (i) gauged the extent to which consideration was given to knowledge management and communication during the preparation of key strategic and operational documents of ADB; and (ii) explored, recommended, and drew implications from a classification of knowledge products and services to improve ADB's organizational efficiency, from an internal and external perspective.
