Subscriber Ticketing Policies and Information Exchanges Subscriber exchanges must be completed by noon on the business day prior to the performance. Celebrity Series subscriber ticket exchanges and upgrades cannot be made at the venue box office or on the day of the performance. Subscribers may not exchange tickets from performances that have already taken place. Your new tickets will be mailed to you, or will be held at the venue box office if the performance is to take place in less than seven days. Exchanges by mail, fax or email • We recommend at least ten days for exchanges by mail. Be sure to send: • The original tickets (or a voided scan/copy of the original tickets) • Your name, address and daytime phone number • Name, date and time of the performance you wish to attend • Number of tickets you are requesting If There is a Difference in Price… If prices vary between the events you exchange and the new ticket price is lower, you will receive credit for future ticket purchases within the 2018-2019 performance season. If the new ticket price is higher, you will receive a request to remit the difference. To determine the difference, compare the price marked on your tickets with the price for the new event you wish to attend. The balance of your ticket credit must be used during the current season. Requests for refunds will not be honored. Any ticket credit not used by May 10, 2019 will be considered a tax-deductible contribution to the Celebrity Series of Boston. 2018 | 2019 Season 129
