MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIR AND PRESIDENT & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR DEAR FRIENDS, WELCOME TO BRAVO!, OUR OVERVIEW OF CELEBRITY SERIES’ 77TH SEASON. This was a season of many highlights, starting with Let’s Dance Boston/¡Bailemos! Boston, our third participatory public performance art project. For five nights, over 5,000 Bostonians danced in the heart of the city on the Rose Kennedy Greenway. With free dance lessons and live music from great ensembles from across the nation, Let’s Dance Boston/¡Bailemos! Boston epitomized our vision of the performing arts as a valued, shared experience that can happen anywhere. The season was filled with great performances with an unprecedented number of artist debuts, from the all-male UK dance company BalletBoyz to former Saturday Night Live cast member Ana Gasteyer. We presented the second season of Stave Sessions, our mini-festival of new, contemporary artists, including rising stars such as My Brightest Diamond and Sō Percussion. Building on the success of previous seasons, we continue to attract new households to our audiences and grow our donor base. Thanks to your generous support and attendance, Celebrity Series posted a second consecutive operating surplus. With another season just weeks away, we remain deeply grateful to our Board of Directors and Overseers, our donors and audiences, and to all who support the performing arts in Boston. We look forward to seeing you at a performance this season. With gratitude,

Joshua Boger Gary Dunning Chair, Board of Directors President & Executive Director
