The Friends of Mickle Hall Society seeks donors of $1,000 or more to generate support in advancing the sciences at Centenary College through the complete renovation of venerable Mickle Hall and the establishment of a School of Health Sciences, led by a new Dean.
To appropriately house and provide the needed resources for the new School of Health Sciences, gifts through the Friends of Mickle Hall Society will help to transform the beautiful home for the sciences at Centenary through the construction of a new Health Sciences Pavilion.
The new Pavilion will accommodate flexible classrooms and meeting areas, new state of the art laboratories throughout the building and new addition, and a studio-format design for the classrooms that is optimal for discoverybased teaching and promotes student-centered learning.
Centenary College continues to offer an exemplary and widely recognized preparation for health careers, and is proud that 94% of graduates applying to medical school since 2013 have been accepted and 100% of graduates applying for dental school since 2013 have been accepted as well.
The upgrades in programming and facilities at Mickle Hall are a must for Centenary to retain its importance to the community in workforce development in the health care and sciences sectors.
