AMMACHI Labs has a team of instructional designers, multimedia artists and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who develop high quality content tailored for rural communities. We have international experts in tailoring, hair care, tiling, plumbing among other trades volunteering with us to develop our extensive roster of courses. We simultaneously ensure that these SMEs’ expertise are taken to the masses while at the same time ensuring that rural India gets access to high quality vocational training content following international standards. We consult with the Indian government and various other actors in the vocational training space to align our content with national standards like the MES (Modular Employment Skills) and the NOS (National Occupational Standards). Our content production quality has also been recognized by the Ministry of Human Resources Development and the National Instructional Media Institute.

MySangham Learning Portal MySangham is an online portal and community that will bring skill based education and employment within reach of everyone. The portal enables anyone to upload multilingual content that would be accessible to all especially the mobile-first, cloud-first generation. The Content Management System (CMS) and the Learning Management System (LMS) form the crux of this portal which facilitates creation, curation and dissemination of multilingual vocational education and training content. MySangham offers content creators an easy-to-use platform to develop multimedia based instructional material, interactive activities (2D games), 3D tool libraries, assessments making it easy for anyone to create multilingual courses. lessons plans to ensure that the learning experience is seamless across the classroom and the workspaces whether they be a toilet construction site or a tailoring center. Our tablet and paper based assessments also take into account the blended nature of the courses. We also pioneer in the use of peer to peer learning techniques to build up communities of practice in our villages, recreating the features of expert guilds which centuries back put India at the forefront of the world in many industries.
