Nearby Bouddi National Park is renowned for its walking trails, mountain biking tracks, fishing spots and beautiful beaches. The Bouddi Coastal Walk runs from Putty Beach to Macmasters Beach over eight kilometres, much of it on boardwalks – it’s a fairly easy hike and it can also be broken down into shorter sections. Head to Gerrin Point Lookout to spot migrating whales between May and November.
