n SPRING FEVER IN THE GARDEN n GIVING ON THE GREEN

After a 2-year hiatus due to COVID 19, the Bloom & Grow Garden Society finally hosted their 20th anniversary Spring Fever in the Garden festival on April 2-3. A huge congratulations to Gretchen Boyd, founder of the Bloom and Grow Garden Society, Joyce Carcara, publicity chair of Bloom & Grow, and all other Bloom & Grow members, volunteers, and partners for yet another successful festival! On April 2nd, we had the pleasure of sponsoring Matthew’s Hope 2nd Annual Giving on the Green Golf Tournament. This sip & stroll event gave golfers and non-golfers alike the opportunity to have a great time, support their community and market their business. Attendees were also able to enjoy tastings of wine and local beers, music, and entertainment in a festive atmosphere.

n CORKS AND FORKS

On April 21st, Venue on Lake Lily – The Maitland Civic Center, hosted the tasting event Corks and Forks. Guests had the opportunity to visit several restaurant booths and sample their signature dishes. Beer, wine, and spirit vendors were also on hand to pair beverage samplings with each bite.

n NONA FESTIVAL

INTERNATIONAL CELEBRATION

On April 23rd, the Lake Nona Regional Chamber of Commerce (LNRCC) hosted its signature event: Nona Festival International Celebration. This free family event was filled with fun, games, food and beverages, music, dancing and indoor golf.

n CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT

Lift Disability Network hosted its 1st annual Cornhole Tournament at Foundation Academy in Winter Garden on April 23rd. We had the pleasure of sponsoring The Cornhole Tournament which allowed the organization to raise funds to send families to Breakaway Summer Camp– a five-day family retreat designed to provide relaxation, recreation, and spiritual renewal for the disability family.
