A third polywrap machine with two-way camera matching, x2 Morgana UFO 1 Folding machines, a Morgana Digifold creaser, A second Horizon AFC- 492 cross-folder. On our print side we invested in a Konica Minolta 950 Mono laser printer, a Konica Minolta C6000 full colour digital printer + collaborator. We also purchased a Xerox 144 Nuvera mono production press and a Xerox Versant 80 full colour production colour press.
2015 saw the largest growth at Central Mailing Services since the company began in 1992. In a recent news article we explained how the company had grown by 50% in the last year and the investments which were necessary to meet the requirements of our new clients whilst maintaining the seamless service we provide to our existing client base. We do not believe it is possible to over invest in our plant and machinery, in the last 12 months we have concentrated on building an extremely strong plant list.

In December we were handed the keys to our second site (2 Crown Road) which is only a few doors away from our existing site. The two sites combined give us 22,000 sq feet with the ability to store 500 pallets. Our second site is also a modern, fully refurbished and secure unit. We have had pallet racking fitted throughout the warehouse and have invested in a new longwheel base van and an LPG heavy duty forklift truck to transport pallets safely between our 2 sites. Our second site is primarily a storage unit but will also be utilised for large hand fulfilment campaigns. I would like to thank our customer’s and staff for a fantastic year.

As a business we hate saying ‘No’ whether it is due to capacity or not having the right machinery to meet clients expectations; we now believe we can provide any aspect of Direct Mail. We moved into our current production centre on 2nd January 2013 - Our new Kings Norton site (17,000 sq feet) 45% Bigger than our previous site. When Team CMS arrived at our existing site there was an overwhelming feeling that the building was too big for our machinery and staff. Two years on, We are a team of 60, we have doubled our plant & we have also grown by 50% with a projected turnover this year of £7 Million and we have outgrown our existing site.
