B.A.S.I.S. InterfaceTM is a full-featured import/export utility designed to streamline and automate the process of sharing data between multiple databases.
MONITOR ZONE ASSIGNMENTS
The time consuming and tedious task of separately maintaining security databases and administration databases information is eliminated by automatically importing and synchronizing cardholder records. Additions, deletions, and modifications to cardholder records in one database are automatically communicated through B.A.S.I.S. InterfaceTM to the other with no additional input required from the user.

When used with a campus One Card system, B.A.S.I.S. InterfaceTM is compatible with both CBORD Odyssey PCSTM and Blackboard Transaction SystemTM, using either Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle database.
AREA ACCESS MANAGER ®
Area Access Manager in B.A.S.I.S. ET650 enables authorized managers to control access to specific physical areas as a subset of the main access control system. This is ideal for use in corporate or campus environments where some departments are given both the capability and flexibility to manage access to their own controlled areas. Web-based Area Access Manager with Video Viewing - Authorized users with a PC and a web browser can remotely grant or deny cardholders access to designated areas, and can display video from cameras. Application Partitioning - Area Access Manager displays a list of areas over which the manager has control, as well as a list of all personnel who have access to those areas. The manager can then assign or remove the access rights of employees to areas within his or her domain. Temporary Access Level Assignments - Allows assignment of activate and deactivate dates when adding access levels to a cardholder. Bulk assignment of temporary access levels are available. Audit Trail and Reporting Capabilities - Area Access Manager’s seamless integration provides complete audit trail and reporting capabilities. All access privilege assignments and removals are logged to the database with a time and date stamp and the identity of the manager who completed the transaction.

Biometric/Smart Card Integration Provides advanced support for biometrics, including fingerprint and hand reader technologies. Supported biometric systems include Recognition Systems, Identix and Bioscrypt. B.A.S.I.S.® ET650 also supports all industry standard Stand-Alone Smart Chip Encoding. Mustering - In an emergency situation, B.A.S.I.S.® ET650 will generate a list of all people who are located in dangerous areas, as well as those located in safe areas. These listings are continually updated in real time. LG Iris Biometric Verification Support - Using LG Iris hardware, physical access to an area can be controlled by authenticating the identity of credential holders using their iris.

Intelli-check ID Check 1400 Support - allows the scanning of credentials, driver’s licenses, military and government ID’s to populate cardholder form during the enrollment process. Area Access Manager in B.A.S.I.S. ET650 enables authorized managers to control access to specific physical areas as a subset of the main access control system. This is ideal for use in corporate or campus environments where some departments are given both the capability and flexibility to manage access to their own controlled areas. Web-based Area Access Manager with Video Viewing - Authorized users with a PC and a web browser can remotely grant or deny cardholders access to designated areas, and can display video from cameras. Application Partitioning - Area Access Manager displays a list of areas over which the manager has control, as well as a list of all personnel who have access to those areas. The manager can then assign or remove the access rights of employees to areas within his or her domain. Temporary Access Level Assignments - Allows assignment of activate and deactivate dates when adding access levels to a cardholder. Bulk assignment of temporary access levels are available. Audit Trail and Reporting Capabilities - Area Access Manager’s seamless integration provides complete audit trail and reporting capabilities. All access privilege assignments and removals are logged to the database with a time and date stamp and the identity of the manager who completed the transaction.
