Mark Greig

Mark Davidson

Mark has over 17 years’ experience in Self Storage management and most recently had oversight of more than 24 stores in a national chain across Queensland and New South Wales.

Katrina has over five years’ experience in Self Storage management as the Operations Manager for Fort Knox Storage (QLD), managing 33 stores. Previously, Katrina worked as a Quality and Risk Manager for a large private health facility.

Mark has an extensive background in all facets of Self Storage, having worked in the industry for over 20 years. Mark also has an extensive knowledge of the building and development of storage facilities.

Revenue Management

We offer to manage your Self Storage property, from staff selection and training, to account management and day-to-day operations. Our team has the necessary management experience. We assess your site and provide you with a written assessment for your consideration. This includes updates to your branding model and works needed to establish your site at our standard. Brand consistency for our owners is our top priority.

Typically, Self Storage personnel do not get too involved in revenue management other than to take payments and send invoices. These training methods aid data input accuracy, in turn maximising reporting transparency. All sites comply with our latest, custom designed WHS procedures.

We are not builders and we will not tell you a project is feasible when it may not be. We manage more than 40 Self Storage facilities currently and we have clear knowledge about project design, from site location to footprint, NLA maximisation to unit mix.
