Chelmsford Council manages a number of shor t stay and long stay car park s in Chelmsford City Centre, mak ing the City the perfect starting point for travelling to the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. On Saturday 7 July all nine shor t stay car park s and Meadows Multi Storey in the City Centre will be free to use between 5am and 12pm to enable visitors to watch the London 2012 Olympic Torch Relay pass through.
