Century 21 is a well known global real estate company. I joined as a partner and CEO in 2016 with only one service being offered. Now we have expanded our services to cover the full range from Valuation, Consultancy, Leasing & Property Management. Managing over 1,200 residential and commercial units, leasing over 50,000 square meters of properties and with valuers approved by majority of the banks here in Qatar. The company wa s incurring losses in 2016. But in 2018 we started making profit. We had a humble beginning of only 4 employees and now we have 23 employees and we are continually growing along with our client list.

We started the company with 3 developers and now we have 19 in our Doha and India office. We were profitable from the first year and the revenue in the second year was about five million QAR. Most of our clients are from the government sector like Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of culture & Sports, Silatech as well as private sector.

Started the company in 2015 with only 10 employees but we were able to steadily grow it to its current size of over 500 employees. In the next three years we are slated to reach around 2,000 manpower strong with its own labor camps and facilities to be used by our staff. The first labor camp project is under construction. We have over 50+ clients such as Q-Mall, AlMana Partners, St. Regis and Retaj. We originally opened our doors as a housekeeping company and since that time we introduced many services such as FM, Maintenance, Cleaning, Hospitality and PEST control.
