It's time for our Realtors to shine!

Last year turned out to be an amazing year for our little ol' office. Every agent in the office reached a milestone status for 2021! Century 21 awards are presented to Realtors who achieve a certain dollar amount in sales, as well as ranking high in customer satisfaction. This means that our awards aren't just for show - they show you, as a potential client, the dedication and drive of our Realtors. It isn't possible to achieve these milestones without the support of our clients, both past and present.

Michelle Bailey and Deb Cook made an excellent team! They were awarded with a Team Centurion, the highest tier in the Century 21 award hierarchy. Additionally, they were one of the top three real estate teams in Saskatchewan, taking second! This made them the #1 team for the Yorkton/Melville area!

Under the Centurion tier is the Master's tier, which is where Terry Korchinski, Jon Bueckert and Yvette Syrota landed as individuals! Lowest to highest in this tier: Silver, Ruby, Emerald and Diamond.

All of their success earned the Able Realty office a place on the map with a Triple P award! "Per Person Productivity Award", meaning that our final numbers rivalled those of offices 1.5x - 3x times the size of us. Not bad for the Parkland region of Saskatchewan, not bad at all!
