C21 ABLE REALTY: A Fresh Start

It’s official. We have a new name, a new location and a new website. This refresh comes during the freshest part of the year: Spring! Even with the pandemic, we continue to help our clients buy and sell their homes. We realize that life continues on, despite world events that interrupt health and economy. We’ve upgraded some of the tools on our previous site to better, and more accurately, serve you. Here’s what you can do using our new site:

Search using Google Maps, or search using a simple list.

We’ve kept the map search up at the very top of the page. Simply type in your desired location, the MLS number of a home if you know it, or a street address. Once you hit “Go”, a map will load with matching criteria to your search. If you like a simpler approach, simply scroll down the homepage instead. You’ll see links to different sections of Yorkton and Melville, as well as links to view properties in our surrounding communities. Click on your desired choice, and be greeted by a simple grid list of every available listing, even those not listed under Century 21. This makes it easier to compare homes, since you won’t have the hassle of searching on multiple sites. When you find a home you’re interested in, click on the picture. You’ll be taken to a page that gives you all of the juicy details.

Find a Realtor faster.

Our agent directory is right on the homepage now. Cruise the profiles of our dedicated team, and get into contact with them using the handy contact buttons on their respective sites. Text or email them directly from the website!

Sign up to save searches, favourite listings and save time.

Create an account through our site and stay up to date with listings. If you favourite listings you’re interested in, they are saved to a section on your profile where you can call them back up whenever you want. You can view all your favourites at once to help narrow down the choices before you even come to see us! This is especially helpful for those who have already been through the process and know what they want. If you’re still searching, save a search under your account. In the coming weeks, as new listings come onto the market, your saved search will reference each listing and add any new listings to that search based on your search criteria - saving you valuable time. You can also opt-in to receiving emails from us. The most important thing to note is that it’s O P T I O N A L. If that’s not the way you like to do things, simply click out of the dialog box when it pops up. You can still use our site even if you’re not signed up! This option is only to help make searching easier and more personalized for you.

Chat with us.

On the bottom right of your screen, you’ll notice a box you can click on to talk to us. If you ever have a question as you’re scrolling through, open up that chat box and ask away! You can talk with us on-demand and at any time. If, for any reason we don’t answer right away, the option comes up for you to send your question in through email. We will get back to your question as soon as possible.

Calculate possible mortgage payments.

In our section under “Buying”, you can find our mortgage calculator. Simply type in the criteria you desire, and click “Calculate.” You’ll get instant answers, and you can use it as many times as you want.

Get a free home evaluation.

In our section under “Selling”, you can find our form for home evaluations. Fill out the information pertaining to your property, and we’ll receive it right away. We’ll send you back a detailed home evaluation. Our previous site’s feature was only a basic evaluator - we’ve improved since then!
