Welcome Message: Time to Sell!

Can you believe we are already half way through 2021?! We hope you are enjoying this beautiful weather. The first six months have been a whirlwind of activity as you can see from the stats above. Inventory continues to remain low, and we still have buyers waiting for “the one” to come on the market. If you’ve been considering selling, it’s a great time with fewer homes to compete with. We’ve been busy assisting several new buyers and sellers realize their real estate dreams this spring, and look forward to helping many more clients over the rest of the year.

One essential tip we can pass along: if you’re considering listing your home, be sure the yard is manicured, exterior is washed and clear of bugs/cobwebs, exterior lights are updated/functioning, and weeds are all pulled. You only get one chance for that first impression. It doesn’t matter how nicely updated the interior of your home is if buyers drive by and don’t even want to stop to go inside to see those beautiful renos.
