Welcome Message: Ready for Winter

Okay, maybe not totally ready ;)

It’s been a few weeks since Thanksgiving and we hope you enjoyed it… It’s always a time to take a moment to count your many blessings. We have so much to be thankful for, and seek to stay in the gratitude frame of mind throughout the year.

Now it’s time to look forward to the Christmas season (our favourite celebration with our grandbabies!). We’ve been busy, and as you can see on pages 4-5, we are in need of some homes to sell!

Inventory is very low for Yorkton - we have buyers waiting for homes to come on the market. With the interest rates at an all time low (see our article on page 6) it couldn’t be a better time to buy! For homeowners, this is also good news. There is a larger buyer pool able to afford to purchase a home. Call us to chat and see what you’re home is worth - our advice is free!
