Every project has its own distinct personality, just like the needs and desires of those who commission them are different and distinct. Cesar’s strength lies in the ability to listen to the client and creatively fulfil their requests. The objective is to create a space in which people can feel that they are in total harmony with themselves, with others, and with the urban or natural context that surrounds them. Interior design thus becomes an extension of the individual, made up not only of high-quality materials, innovative technologies, and functional solutions, but also emotions and sensations that ensure a sense of well-being.

Cesar’s story began 50 years ago. The acquisition of skills and our ability to listen to clients have contributed to the formation of our identity, which is expressed through a strong brand personality: our décor and style are immediately recognisable and represent an exceptional tradition that we’re very proud of.
A focus on the individual and on his or her needs are the foundation of our work and are expressed in two ways: in general through the study of harmonious and functional décor that’s optimised for daily use, and individually through our willingness to create customised and tailored arrangements.
Our daily work is inspired by an ability to look to the future: new materials and new technologies, combined with a focus on and a sensitivity towards new lifestyles have always influenced our projects.
We design spaces in which people can feel comfortable with themselves, with others, and with their surroundings. Hence the decision to design on a human scale and to create customized and functional projects using a carefully selected range of materials that are combined with the precision of shapes to convey emotional and visual harmony.
The relationship with the customer starts in the design phase and continues well beyond the delivery of the product. Our approach to service allows us to establish a relationship with each client based not only on the stability of our production, but also on the speed with which our customer care team quickly finds the solution to any problem.
Design cannot exist without curiosity: the constant evolution of components, materials, processes, and technologies allows the most creative ideas to materialise into new solutions. The ongoing search for alternatives, as well as the rediscovery of long-lost traditions, make our design projects.
A bold and distinctive stylistic concept guarantees a cohesive interior design project that seamlessly connects the entire home, from the kitchen to the living room, and from the bathroom to the entrance. Freedom of design is ensured by the modularity of Cesar’s products and by the opportunity to select and personalise materials, finishes, and colours based on individual preferences. Its truly distinctive design is inspired by 432 Park Avenue in New York City, the fifth tallest skyscraper in the US.
Acro Seoul Forest has received various prestigious awards, including the “Award of Excellence” in the “Best Tall Building” category (200-290m) at the 2022 CTBUH Awards and the “Excellence Prize” in “The 31st Korean Architectural Awards”.

Songdo THE SHARP Central Park III is a complex made up of two residential towers located next to the expansive Songdo Central Park. The concept for this complex features various shapes, designed to adapt to the light’s angle of projection. This was achieved through the application of three-dimensional steel panels of varying sizes, arranged in a grid on the outer wall of a carouselshaped apartment. This architectural approach not only adds visual interest, but also allows for dynamic interaction with light, giving the complex a unique and aesthetically captivating appearance.

The Gaepo Xi Presidence, in southern Seoul, stands out as one of the city’s largest upscale apartment complexes, with 3.375 units and amenities such as a movie theatre, pool, gym, and car wash. The most original feature is the rooftop infinity pool, the first of its kind in Korea. Cesar supplied 1.488 kitchens out of a total of 3.375 units. Thanks to its privileged location, the high-tech complex is seamlessly connected to the mountain landscape. The exterior design concept focuses on integration with the natural surroundings, establishing a harmonious balance between the structure and the environment, thus promoting a harmonious relationship between architecture and nature.

Haeundae Doosan We’ve The Zenith is a complex of three residential towers in the Haeundae district of Busan in South Korea. The complex was completed in 2011. With 80 floors and a height of 301m, Tower A has been officially declared the second tallest building in Korea.
The complex consists of more than 1700 apartments and one building is dedicated to commercial use. The towers, which are similar in shape to the petals of a flower, have been designed to blend into the area between the sea off Haeundae beach and Mount Jang.
The towers are equipped with a structural monitoring system (SHM) with sensors that continuously measure wind force and underground movements thus ensuring the stability of the structure.

Built with the intention of revitalising the area by transforming a parking lot into a vibrant and multi-purpose space, this strategic location is just a short distance from the Toronto Eaton Centre, St. Lawrence market, and other attractions. The project includes four towers featuring commercial spaces, offices, rental units, and condominiums, and emphasises public spaces with outdoor areas and welcoming foot paths to promote a sense of community. Designed by HPA, the towers integrate themselves in the existing architecture of Queen Street, ensuring a harmonious transition between the vibrant downtown area and the quieter residential neighbourhoods.

The architecture of the Savvin – River Residence in Moscow emphasises history, with perforated facades clad in Greek Silver Cloud marble and ceramic bricks, unique in Russia. The buildings are strategically positioned to offer panoramic views of the river and water, featuring large windows and private terraces. The facades of the four towers, adorned with handmade bricks by Wienerberger, crafted in Belgium and the Netherlands, provide a sense of visual lightness outside and abundant natural light inside. The use of Greek marble, a cultural symbol, used for the first time in Moscow to decorate the exterior of this L-shaped building, adds a unique and distinctive touch to the structure.

Cloud Nine is a renovation project of four historic buildings located a short distance from the Kremlin in Moscow. The Deluxe apartments are designed for those who love Moscow’s historic centre. The four residential buildings are characterised by contemporary architecture that also maintains the buildings’ history and style. An international team of experts, including English firms like Architects of Invention and Italian interior designer Massimo Joza Gini, contributed to the project. The complex is made up of 45 apartments featuring an eco-chic or classic modern style, with completely furnished kitchens and bathrooms.

The homes of Les Clos enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding mountains and are bathed in the natural light of the forest which provides a feeling of wellness and high quality of life.
The complex is made up of 8 villas and 48 apartments equipped with luxurious amenities, garden, and terrace and at the same time guarantee privacy. Inside, the kitchen includes a Maxima 2.2 system which, thanks to the infinite ways that it can be customised, makes it possible to maintain a stylistic and coherent harmony that’s in keeping with the design of Les Clos. Construction, which began in 2019,has been completed in 2023.

London bricks, is enhanced with bronze-coloured panels, large windows, and zinc rooftops. Uniting the complex is a central glass staircase, accentuated by protruding bronze elements that highlight the structure’s verticality.

The City Point project, located in the heart of Guildford, is the transformation of what was originally an office complex into a residential one, with the addition of a new story on the roof dedicated to the penthouse. The building, one of the tallest in the area, offers views of the Guildford Cathedral and the Surrey countryside. Below ground level is a garage with 8 parking spaces, 6 of which use an automated stacked parking system. The rear of the property slopes downward, allowing for more spacious apartments, each with balconies or terraces and spacious interiors. The apartments have been furnished with Cesar kitchens and luxury closets with high-quality finishes.

Devonhurst Place is a complex located in the luxurious London neighbourhood of Chiswick. It offers its residents a private, south-facing garden in which to enjoy moments of tranquillity. The 56 apartments embody a
contemporary lifestyle, with balconies in some units and underground parking. Here residents can enjoy a safe and private environment, a peaceful oasis in the heart of a lively area.

This commercial kitchen project brought together Cesar’s kitchen designers and the Gensler Architects firm to create a welcoming and functional corporate space for Savanna, a New York-based financial institution. The challenge was to transform the corporate kitchen into a relaxing space with a homey atmosphere in which to allow employees to take a break from the work routine. With a central and welcoming island and six seating areas, it offers a familiar environment. The use of materials like dark Elm laminate and Fenix Nero give the space a modern and professional style, accompanied by porcelain cement-look floors. Mechanised cabinets and an integrated refrigerator and freezer complete the functional aspect without compromising the sophisticated aesthetics.

This contract project in New York City, overseen by Issac | Stern Architects, brought Cesar onboard for the creation of Italian-design kitchens in a six-story, grey-brick building featuring windows with metal frames. The seven luxury apartments, ranging from 708 to 1.653 square feet, are bathed in natural light thanks to the large windows and bright interiors. The Cesar NYC kitchens boast Bosch appliances, quartz countertops and backsplashes, and modern furniture with elegant finishes. These details blend perfectly into the modern context, providing a pleasant contrast to the neighbourhood’s historic architecture.

Designed by BKV Group, the apartments of the Piazza Alta building come in four different styles: Timeless, Scandinavian, Sleek, and Ultra-Luxe/Penthouse, each with its own accessories, finishes, and colour palettes. These amenity-rich homes redefine urban living with their meticulous design and sumptuous details, establishing a new standard in the neighbourhood.
