ONE MADISON PARK New York, NY
One Madison Park is a ground-up luxury condominium building located in the Flatiron district of New York City. At 620 feet, with a 5,175 SF footprint, the 155,000 SF skyscraper is one of New York’s tallest and most slender. The graceful tower is composed of bronze glass, punctuated by seven 4-6 story volumetric pods that deconstruct the building’s mass and give it a sense of lightness. One Madison Park’s interiors have been tailored to take full advantage of CetraRuddy’s custom-designed glass curtain wall, affording residents floor-to-ceiling views. The design incorporates sophisticated rooftop dampers to provide greater stability and minimize the sway of the tower for maximum safety and comfort.

25 BROAD STREET New York, NY
Designated as a New York City landmark in 2000, the Broad Exchange Building at 25 Broad Street is a 20-story Renaissance Revival-style building, originally designed and completed by Clinton & Russell in 1902. CetraRuddy served as architect and interior designer for its conversion to condominiums.
Designs for the building’s 306 units, which range from 750-7,800 SF,
capitalize on the former office building’s original cross-ventilation system, and combine a loft-like airiness with classic details. Many of the building’s exterior elements that had been damaged or removed were restored with historical accuracy. Using archival photographs and original plans, entrance niche lamps were replicated, along with roof-level pediment-topped parapets. Additionally, masonry that had been unevenly patched was repointed. The meticulously detailed lobby was restored to its prior elegance with a modern flare. Boasting exclusive amenities and a prime location, the property has become a premiere downtown address.

WALKER TOWER New York, NY
CetraRuddy is converting the upper floors of a Ralph Walker-designed office building into luxury condominiums, re-distributing existing floor plates and building additional space to create generous residential layouts - over half with private terraces.
The 328-foot tower
predates current zoning, which limits building heights for new developments in the area, preserving spectacular views of Midtown, the Hudson River, the harbor and the Three Bridges. Created to appeal to family buyers, apartments include two or three bedrooms, with two fullfloor five-bedroom penthouse units. The main roof will become a communal garden with 360degree views. The conversion also restores and accentuates classic Art Deco elements with a masonry restoration program and integrates harmonic geometries, respecting the original building's heritage.
