ONE MADISON PARK New York, NY
One Madison Park is a ground-up luxury condominium building located in the Flatiron district of New York City. At 620 feet, with a 5,175 SF footprint, the 155,000 SF skyscraper is one of New York’s tallest and most slender. The graceful tower is composed of bronze glass, punctuated by seven 4-6 story volumetric pods that deconstruct the building’s mass and give it a sense of lightness. One Madison Park’s interiors have been tailored to take full advantage of CetraRuddy’s custom-designed glass curtain wall, affording residents floor-to-ceiling views. The design incorporates sophisticated rooftop dampers to provide greater stability and minimize the sway of the tower for maximum safety and comfort.

HUDSON GREENE Jersey City, NJ
Hudson Greene is the first residential Manhattan-style complex to rise in New Jersey. The site is comprised of two towers: 77 Hudson Street and 70 Greene Street. Both buildings—one featuring condominium units and the other, rentals—are connected by an 11-story parking structure topped with a 35,000 SF landscaped rooftop plaza with shared outdoor amenities, such as a lap pool, barbecue, fire pit, children's play area, dog run, walking paths, and an elevated, tree-enclosed "contemplative" space.
In addition, each building boasts amenities including private dining,
fitness centers and screen rooms. Sheathed in faceted, floor-to-ceiling glass walls of varying blues, the sleek buildings have become an iconic form along the Hudson River skyline.

25 BROAD STREET New York, NY
Designated as a New York City landmark in 2000, the Broad Exchange Building at 25 Broad Street is a 20-story Renaissance Revival-style building, originally designed by Clinton & Russell and completed in 1902. CetraRuddy served as architect and interior designer for its conversion to condominiums. Many elements of the building exterior that had been damaged or removed were restored and, in many cases, recreated through extensive research. The meticulously detailed lobby was restored to its prior elegance with a modern flare.

WALKER TOWER New York, NY
CetraRuddy is converting the upper floors of a Ralph Walker-designed office building into luxury condominiums, re-distributing existing floor plates and building additional space to create generous residential layouts - over half with private terraces.
The 328-foot tower
predates current zoning, which limits building heights for new developments in the area, preserving spectacular views of Midtown, the Hudson River, the harbor and the Three Bridges. Created to appeal to family buyers, apartments include two or three bedrooms, with two fullfloor five-bedroom penthouse units. The main roof will become a communal garden with 360degree views. The conversion also restores and accentuates classic Art Deco elements with a masonry restoration program and integrates harmonic geometries, respecting the original building's heritage.

BARBIZON63 New York, NY
Formerly the 700-room Barbizon Hotel for women, the 210,000 SF Barbizon63 is listed in the National Register of Historic places. CetraRuddy has created luxury residences from the iconic hotel, which was once home to Greta Garbo, Grace Kelly, Candice Bergen and Liza Minnelli. The renovation included re-pointing the façade as well as a complete window replacement and enlargement, which added dramatic French casement windows to maximize natural light and capitalize on the views. The conversion also restored rich details such as the cloistered sky terraces bordered by arches and arcades, Corinthian pillars and two Art Deco towers. As part of the conversion, CetraRuddy relocated the mechanical and elevator services, restoring the rosette and stained glass windows and expanding rentable area by 20,000 SF. The new layouts feature spacious living areas, galleries, libraries, eat-in-kitchens and dramatic duplex homes.

40 EAST 66TH STREET New York, NY
Originally designed by Rosario Candela, this classic pre-war landmark has been converted from rentals to luxury condominiums. As architect and interior designer, CetraRuddy rehabilitated ornate vaulted ceilings and marble walls in the lobby and restored details such as white oak herringbone floors and limestone wood-burning fireplaces throughout building's wide variety of apartments, ranging from 927-4,913 SF. The restored details, combined with soft color palettes, reimagine the space while preserving the spirit of the building's heritage.
