Caitlin Farrington LICENSING & ILLUSTRATION I have always been surrounded by art. I was first introduced to animated films which grew into exposure to comics, graphic novels, and masters of illustration. I was inspired to create something visually interesting and unique. As I grew older, my knowledge of art expanded as did my many interests. I focused on Illustration, loving the freedom and wide variety of what you could create. Most of who I am is deeply rooted within what I consume in media. Claire Wendling, Ian McCaig, and Sara Pichelli along with some old masters like: Leonardo DaVinci, Peter Paul Rubens, and Elisabetta Sirani have been artistic idols and influences. I adore the stories that people create within the industry and ever since childhood I wanted to be a part of it. That’s when I discovered licensing and how I can contribute to an area I already love. My thesis focuses around my skills as an illustrator and showcase my abilities to an ever growing world of licensing.
